Went to the store on the 26^th of September to see about purchasing a new mattress. Dave was working and was extremely helpful with answering any and all of my questions. He helped me decide on which bed would be best for my back! Great experience and would definitely purchase there again

Guy needs to seriously rethink his sense of humor. Btwn 2 visits he managed to and tell some pretty awful ethnic jokes and women jokes.
I’ll put it this way, if you happen to be a women who is from China orThailand I’m not sure he would know how to charm you.

This was an experience I had from about six months ago but I still very much remember it vividly. I’m not sure if the older gentleman that «helped» me is still there but the guy was a complete assh*le.
At first he was nice enough asking me what I wanted. I told him I had just started looking so was more interested in looking at prices, seeing how the mattresses felt, what kind of features I could expect for the price, warranties, guarantees, etc. After a couple minutes of looking around he starts getting pushy, repeatedly asking me what I wanted, that he had the best deals, what I was looking for, what I wanted, what I was looking for, etc., etc. He got to the point where he was raising his voice and almost yelling at me, telling me I should figure what I wanted. The worst of it was when he put his hand on my shoulder as I was walking out and telling me I should I come back when I figured out what wanted in a highly sardonic tone. I wanted to punch the jerk in the face.
After looking at other places I realized their selection kinda sucks anyway. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

I had the pleasure of meeting Elden today. Having not bought a new bed in over 10 years, I was interested in trying out the new technology in «sleep systems». After assessing my sleeping habits, Elden was able to suggest the perfect bed for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I look forward to having my new bed delivered soon! He was also able to arrange a very reasonable financing option for me. All in all, a pleasant experience!
