I was helped by Bryant Welch at this location. He was awesome. From the time I walked in the door to the time he walked me out after my purchase.
From the get go, he was very friendly and worked with my budget, yet still got me a bed I was looking for. At no time did he try to up sell or pressure me into buying something I was unable to afford. His customer server was the best. Very social. We shot the sheet (see what I did there) while going through what needed to be gone through.
He worked with me and got me the best discount I think he could… even at the expense of his commission.
Now that I have a new mattress, it will be a while before having to buy another, but I would definitely go back to this store.
The next salesman I will have to deal with has some big shoes to fill.

Good personal service by Zachariah J. Ernst but I was never told about the free delivery with a Unilocal CHECK-​IN. I was promised a floor model frame if I went to the closing location on the other side of town & upon arriving at 366 W lake Mead pkwy #140 the Gentleman Dwayne was completely rude. He told me they never do that & he has to call. I showed him paperwork & he said that he’s been with the company longer than Zachariah & has never heard of such a thing being done & he’s been with the company much longer than him. Then after getting approval from calling that location, he dropped it & raised his hands in the air & told me to do it myself & made me take it apart & he was very rude & hurtful with his actions & words. Upon getting unassembled & loading into truck the driver dropped off the bed an hour before scheduled time of 4pm with no call, text, or testing of the bed or signing of the bed to even be delivered. I wouldn’t recommend a company such as this to anyone & would recommend Zachariah to get a new job because he’s better than that!
