Max Repairs Las Vegas Computer repair

After speaking with countless other repair shops regarding a bad computer charging port, I finally took my mother’s computer here. I worked with Marlon who is honest, reasonably priced and close to home.
He was able to update me on the process and keep me in the know. He was quick on completing the work necessary. And he was friendly and sociable which is hard to find in this industry.
While the work was good, unfortunately it did not hold. This was not due to the skill provided by the technician, but of the design of the port attached to the motherboard. While some wouldn’t have worked on this equipment, Marlon did try. Sadly it held for less than a week.
Had this lasted at least a few weeks rather than four days or had Marlon told me he would be unable to repair it due to the design, I feel that I would be able to give a full five stars. While disappointed that he could not uphold a warranty on the sauter (only parts), I know he put in about three times the work to make me happy when I was in the shop.
I will definitely come back to this shop for further work on other computers/​phones in the future, but I would have liked to have the money I spent on the repair towards a new computer which wasn’t really viable.
