Merri Perry

I first met Merri in 2009 when she helped us find a condo in Las Vegas. This was a second home for us and we had some specific needs associated with that. Merri did a great job with that purchase and we have been extremely happy with the condo. When we were ready to make a permanent move to Las Vegas, this year, 2016, I only wanted to work with Merri and her team member, Jodi. Again, we had specific needs for a home so Merri and Jodi worked tirelessly to find us the right fit. She knows the Las Vegas housing market extremely well and was able to guide us to several options. I don’t know of anyone with more energy and determination than Merri and Jodi. When we found our home there were two other people in the running for the house. Merri and Jodi gave us great advice for how to make our offer the most attractive and it worked! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Merri Perry is not only the kindest person I know, but great at her job. She is honest and incredibly hard working. If she lists your house she will get you the most money for your home. If she is your agent working for you to buy a home, she will get you the best deal. Truly a give back person. Love her
