The worst service ever!!! I upgraded my cell phone 2 months ago, the new Kyocera never worked, kept freezing every single day since I bought the upgrade! I kept going back to the store every day being told” the manager Mike is not here today, come back tomorrow!” so I did, but he was never there! Finally he was there yesterday to tell me:” sorry, we cannot do anything about your phone, because we sold you this phone working!”… very long story! I have never ever been treated so bad! Dear Mike at Metro PCS store, don’t think this is over!!! I am going to corporate and take some steps, I am not going to put up with your horrible customer service, this is not right!!! \This Metro PCS store is located at Cheyenne/Rainbow in Las Vegas.
