The worse experience I have EVER had ordering was with this company! From sales person to manager to corporate office, they are all hopeless! And I never write reviews on anything but I had to on this one. Stay away!

If you have not been to their new show room it is a definite must-​see. A lot of hard work has obviously gone into it because it is immaculate. A few loose ends to tie up and this place is going to show up the competition. The service was great and I’m happy I stopped in. My purchase will definitely end up in their hands.

I spent over $ 3,800 with them, including $ 230 for a vent extension that they said I needed. Their crew did the installation and it turns out the additional part wasn’t needed after all. When I tried to return it, I was told there would be a 30% restocking fee. After I repeatedly contested the charge, their salesman reluctantly agreed waive the restock fee but I would have to pay the freight to return it to the supplier and there was nothing else they could do. Amazing. On a $ 3,800 order, they insisted on withholding $ 30 for the return of something they said I needed but didn’t. No other way to describe them other than «petty».
