Yikes! Don’t use this company. Called them for a move-​out cleaning and they sent two women. Two women took 2 hours just to do the kitchen and it wasn’t even done properly. Did not clean the insides of the cupboards, refrigerator drawers filthy, floor sticky and, worst of all, they used BRILLO pads on the stove top, scratching it. I’m trying to get a security deposit back and it looks like I’ll be charged for this damage.
They neglected to clean the insides of the medicine cabinet and didn’t even touch one of the two bathrooms. They splashed water on the mirrors and didn’t wipe them down afterward so, in essence, the mirrors are dirty. The faucets weren’t cleaned or shined or even touched.
Oh, when we called to complain to the owner, she said we «took advantage» of her cleaners because our bathtub was «filthy dirty,» which we warned them about before they quoted the job.
The drain was plugged, my mom colored her hair and the brown hair color made a ring around the tub. We warned them. And, besides, since when does a cleaning company complain about something being dirty? Does she think we hired them to come clean a CLEAN house?
I shudder to think of what these women’s home look like. My God, they almost left it worse than when they started.
My lesson: you get what you pay for. They advertised on Craigslist and had the cheapest rates.
Your lesson: take it from someone who learned the hard way and hire someone else.
EDITED: We later found out that they charged online purchases on our credit card. BE CAREFUL.
