I work for a company in Wisconsin. FedEx delivered a crucial package to wrong address and it was a first overnight delivery (and they said they couldn’t fix it until that following Monday). Called National Delivery Systems to arrange pick up at wrong address and delivery to correct address so my clients event wouldn’t be a complete disaster. Chris was top notch in understanding my predicament and was proactive in the 2 hour window I had for success or failure. With nothing more than info I gave him and a credit card, my client received their package with time to spare. This company was a client saver for me, you can’t ask for a better partner than that.
