If I could give them a ZERO I would. I went to Nevada coin mart with at least $ 300 worth of gold that they tried to first offered me for $ 105. I told them that was way to low. Then the owner came over to me and said he would give me $ 150 for it. I didn’t know it was going to be a game that they offer low and then continue to go higher the more I got upset. I was insulted on the price and told him I know what gold is currently selling for. Then the owner(i’m assuming its him with the 5 watches up his arm and horrible nails) got all huffy and puffy with me saying he is the expert and knows everything and I don’t know anything. I was really upset the way I was treated and he threw my gold on his scale for a third time and said he would give be $ 200 take it or leave it. I was so offended and left. Beware of this place. They are not honest and forthcoming with their evaluations and prices.

After seeing many of his bad TV commercials … I figured I would stop by the new Flamingo /Jones location with a gold & diamond ring. Wowie only offered $ 300 which is about ½ of what EZ Pawn offered to but it for … SHOPYOURSTUFF! Good Riddance!

Went here based on the great reviews online. I had a couple of pieces of jewelry with some diamonds etc. and a high end watch. I remember the quality of the diamonds were very high, But when I showed them my things they just treated it like it was just junk. They did not seem to be very interested in paying me for any of the diamonds in the rings just the gold. Then I asked about the watch and they just focused on the gold content. Maybe I am confused but they advertise as a jewelry buyer but did not seem to be interested in my stuff as jewelry. I heard over and over how they are trained diamond experts and all about their years in business and high reviews but at the end of the day I am looking to sell my jewelry and what was advertised was not what I received. Maybe they focus more on just coins and gold but they should change their advertising if that is the case.

Great location very easy to find! Came in 10 minutes before closing to sell my ring, everyone was so kind to me. They patiently waited for me to be done. I met Neil(great guy by the way, straight to the point). He looked at my ring and offered me the best price than most places. Everyone was very helpful. I totally recommend this place to everyone. I was very satisfied with the service. Ask for Neil if you are looking to sell your diamonds. After all he is gemologist certified from GIA. He’ll give you the best price for your diamond!!!

Was at the post office and saw this new place. I went inside first off the place is very strange. Wall to wall with things of all sorts rocks gems coins etc. The staff greeted me nice but was very pushy got a offer but thought it was low and they felt needy. So I went elsewhere for another opinion. I stopped at another competitor and got a little less than double what I was offered here. I was really bothered and felt offended by the idea they could offer so much less. They pay really low. I would be cautious and shop around.

I am very happy with my experience at this place. Neil and the other guy, were so nice and extremely knowledgable on the jewelry I brought in. They must have told me their names a few times and it’s my fault for not remembering. Maybe mark was the other. Anyway I have never been to this type of business and have people be so nice. I was able to make a deal and I recommend this place to anyone looking to sell gold or jewelry. They do everything right in front of you rather than go in a back room or something sketchy. A gemologist and a retired officer… Very trustworthy business!

This place is top notch! I went in yesterday to sell a couple of gold coins from my collection. Life happens, right? I found this place on Unilocal and saw it had great reviews and bought coins. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the guys were. Upon entering I was helped right away, my coins were tested, and then I was given a quote. Best part was I got a very fair price and didn’t have to haggle! Before coming here of course I looked on ebay to get an idea what my coins were valued at. I don’t like to sell stuff on ebay anymore because of the hassle and all the fees. The guy helping me gave me a great quote and I pretty much got what I would have selling them online. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, got a honest fair price, and left with the cash I needed. Like serious, if you have coins you need to sell, go here. They know their stuff and were very fair. I was very happy with the transaction. I will be back to do more business in the future.

I would have to say I am very disappointed in my experience. I have been researching and looking for a place to sell my ex’s Diamond wedding rings. First off the rings cost me over $ 7000. It had one large diamond that was certified and had all the Paperwork. I read the reviews and thought to try this shop first. I thought i was in the wrong place when i arrived because the name was different than what was on the Unilocal account but the address was the same. I then showed them the rings. The staff were not very attentive and didn’t even pick up the paperwork. They quickly offered me $ 600 and then had someone else check it to verify. I asked how they come to that number but did not get a real answer. So I figured i would try another shop and just left. The customer service was not great and they didn’t explain how they got to the price nor looked at the paperwork I had. After visiting another shop I felt really confused so when i got home I researched the name on the building which was«Nevada Coin & Jewelry» not«webuy.vegas». I found the real name on Unilocal with the same address just a different phone number and guess what it had terrible reviews with only 2 stars. This really got me upset I have never left a 1 star review but I feel I was tricked and lied to. Not only that but I was offered over $ 1500($ 900 more) by another shop later on in the day. I am still going to shop around but I felt I had to warn people about this place. Because it is one thing to offer low on jewelry but It is a whole other thing to put up a different name and disguise real customer feedback. I will never suggest this place because they offer far lower than other shops and they were not straight with me. I would stay away

My wife and I visit Vegas quite frequently and on our past trip it made sense to me to get rid of some old useless jewelry(some chains and a couple rings) in the process for us to use at the tables. I did a quick search on Google to find what was closest to my mom’s house and found this location. I took my stuff there and found zero hassle in parting ways with my stuff and a pretty reasonable offer for it. Too bad I don’t have more gold, ’cause I’d easily part ways with it.
