I would not recommend this business. I live in summerlin and called to book an appointment. The scheduling department booked my visit at the Henderson location. When checking out, the front desk asked why I was in Henderson when I lived in summerlin. Good question right? I tried to book my follow up apt in summerlin. However, the Henderson location couldn’t see the schedule for summerlin, so I called there office. After being transferred three times and placed on hold for 14 and a half minutes, I was hung up on. I called back to ask for a manager and got attitude. The only reason I am coming back for a follow up appointment is because the front desk staff at the horizon ridge location. The reason they put me at Henderson is because the summerlin location was booked full. Someone has some common sense at this place, too bad the front desk staff has to ruin my first impression.

It was my first appointment here at the Charleston locationi just relacated to the area of las vegas for the southern states. When i found out i have several issues with my back and needed more attention from standing on my feet doing hair for 13 yrs. A doctor which i don’t like as well referred me, i got to the appointment front desk clerk did not look like she did not want to even be bothered. Then when i returned my paperwork back in they told me i have to get a nevada ID just to be seen again As if my GA I. D is not good enough. Whatttt really. The way they said it was as if i was some type of criminal trying to go get over on whatever type of system. I was so taken back by the rude attitude it made me not even want to see the doctor, Or even feel comfortable with his help on my issues. i don’t know if it is a hole bunch of druggy’s, but shit everybody ain’t one. So treat everyone accordingly. Thanks, I hope the ladies in the office get some type of right up or tought how to treat their patients. rude rude rude. i don’t even do rewiews ever!!!
