This store and Company has BOTH outstanding prices and Customer Service!!! I had a problem with my safe and I called on A Friday Afternoon and they came to my residence on Saturday morning. Paul is a great technician and fixed my safe very quickly! I highly recommend this company for all your safe purchases or home repair needs! Check them out.

Went in their for the first time yesterday, employees were SUPER, SUPER, SUPER FRIENDLY and SMILING. Even though I didn’t purchase anything Cassy took the time to explain everything that we need to know about the safes we were interested in, she wasn’t pushy at all. Definitely going back when I’m ready to purchase a safe.

We were looking for a big, great quality safe. We happened to find Nevada Safes online. We visited twice and spoke to Mark who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He took the time to educate us and was not pushy.

So last Sunday I visited Nevada Safes for the first time. Loved the prices, and the staff (Nelson and Lexi). Bought a Monster Vault to mount in my vehicle. When I went to take the drawer out to mount the unit in my vehicle, the drawer would not come out properly. The unit I had bought was a display model, so my bad for not checking it out more thoroughly prior to purchase. In any case, I called them a few days later and explained the situation. Lexi said to bring it by and asked what time I would be there. When I arrived, they swapped it out with a new one they had waiting for me. No hassle about any of it, simply outstanding customer service. I give this business my best recommendation! Thank you Nevada Safes!

Just want to take a minute to thank the entire staff at Nevada Safes. Cindy, Serge, Lexie and Daniel. Appreciate all of your time and patience answering all of our questions and we had a lot! We went back and forth between a couple of different safes and the staff was really helpful throughout the learning process. We knew nothing about safes when we walked in and there’s actually a lot to consider when making the purchase… size (width/​height), style, door thickness, fire protection, weight, electrical outlet inside, storage layout, type of lock, price, etc. We decided to go with a Rhino Ironworks safe and it not only provides all of the security and fire protection that we want, but it’s a beautiful piece of furniture. Finally, want to thank Paul and the safe delivery crew. very efficient and professional install. Would recommend Nevada Safes to anyone interested in getting a safe.

I had made up my mind to purchase a safe what with all of the burglaries as of late, & Metro asking for help on the news, saying the burglars have stolen hundreds of guns! So I start my journey, being a native I start with names I am familiar with (companies that have been here a while) I go online looking for phone numbers and hours, called a couple of them, it was when I dialed the number for Nevada Safes and Serge answered the phone, (the other companies did not answer, not open yet) He was cheerful and informative, went to see him after work and described what I wanted, what my size requirements were he walked me straight to a floor model and began explaining the pluses and minuses, he showed me a few options and also gave his expert opinion which I appreciated. I made a purchase and came back the next day to pick up. The owner Jim was there and I thanked him and his staff for making my experience very comfortable.

Every now and then a company delivers on all fronts. Nevada Safes did that for us. Internet research can only take you so far until you realize that you need a little education before this kind of purchase. Serge provided that education and, with a very comprehensive inventory, was able to find a gun/​home safe that absolutely fit the bill. His installers did an unbelievable job that I wasn’t sure was possible, securing the safe perfectly in exactly the spot we chose. They did a flawless job moving this 720 lb unit into my home with care. They were on time, extremely efficient, and made a covert delivery ensuring that anyone spying the delivery would not have necessarily thought «safe». Do yourself a favor, see Serge before you make a decision to go elsewhere. You’ll feel more secure when your done.
