NPS Pool & Spa Supply

Outstanding store and staff.
I needed a hard to find pool part. Called the other well known pool supply chain, they wanted to gouge me 300.00+ dollars and had to special order it.
I found it online for about 200.00.
Walked into NPS on West Sahara just to check, they had what I needed in the store and price matched the internet price.
Never go to that other store again. NPS ROCKS!!!

Great prices, and friendly people. I brought my pool vac in for servicing, and Cody was the greatest of help to me. He not only fully serviced the vacuum, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he made me feel like i made the right choice in going to NPS. I will definitely be doing all of my pool related purchasing there from now on. Thanks!

Despite the customer service issue reported by a previous Unilocal member, I decided to give NPS a shot based on the more positive recent reviews… big mistake. The employee I dealt with became rude and condescending the minute I couldn’t tell him the exact gallon capacity of my pool. It got worse from there, and when it became apparent that I wasn’t a pool maintenance technical expert, the holier-​than-​thou attitude got turned up to 11. At no point during my interaction with this particular employee was he polite, personable, professional, or, heaven forbid, helpful. When it became obvious that my experience at NPS was going to continue to be eye gougingly painful, I told said employee I wasn’t interested in further dealings with him and left. All I can say is, wow! I’ve never experienced such poor customer service anywhere in Vegas… so, unless you’re craving attitude from a strip mall clerk with a massive Napoleon complex, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pool supplies.

Came here after leaving Leslie’s very disappointed and I was thoroughly impressed. Carl helped me out and answered all my questions when they had no idea what I was talking about at Leslie’s! I will absolutely be back, they were fully staffed (no waiting), smart and professional.

Great service and great recommendations. They are the only real alternative to the corporate Leslie’s stores. Once you go here here, you’ll never step in a Leslie’s again.

Perhaps the most incompetent manager I have ran into in Las Vegas and that’s saying a lot.
I went in on a Monday and bought a spa, it was to be delivered at 5:00 pm on Tuesday. I took off work early to prep the area. At 5:30 no one had shown up, so I called. I was told that he’d let everyone go home, it would not be delivered today, they would deliver it tomorrow. I think not.
I went in the next day to cancel the order and get a refund, that was when I learn the incompetent person I bought the spa from, was the manager. The clerk had to call him over to approve the refund.
If you’re there to buy a container of chlorine tabs, that is probably within their capability. Anything that requires coordination, think walking and chewing gum at the same time, appears to be beyond them.
I bought a spa elsewhere and avoid this place like the plague, since I don’t support incompetence.

Surprised no one has reviewed them before. NPS is known as having the most knowledgeable pool techs and the best prices. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Yesterday I was picking up a solar blanket and the tech asked if I had a rebate coupon. I told him I had used one a few years ago so I wasn’t eligible, but he told me since three years had elapsed, I was eligible again, and could save $ 50 with one, I went home and applied online and downloaded the form after my eligibility was confirmed. I went back to the store, they completed the form, and instead of $ 171 the out-​the-​door price was $ 121.
It’s great how they are always making sure the customer gets all available discounts. Years ago I had to replace all my pool maintenance/​cleaning equipment when my ex-​wife trashed my house and stole everything in it (including all the appliances). As I was going through the store collecting all the items I needed, they were curious why I needed so much stuff. I explained how everything had been stolen, and they went out of their way to get me additional discounts. Highly recommend this store.
