Nutrishop Las Vegas

I never do Unilocal reviews but the personal service I received at this store was so exceptional. The staff is so knowledgable regarding the products they carry. The Manager helped me with just the right products for myself and my daughter. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful staff at this location. Customer for life

John has to be one of the most professionally verse individuals I know with regards to nutrition, health, exercise, and supplements for your betterment and well being. He is someone I refer to when talking at the gym about supplement stores and promoting his business. His staff is a direct reflect of himself, professional, courteous and charismatic.

Big disappointment with customer service. It only takes one bad experience for me to never go back. It’s too bad as there are some really nice people that work there.
About 4 weeks ago, I bought a box of Banana Quest bars for a friend for $ 25. When she opened it the next day, she noticed the bar was very hard and doesn’t taste the same. I called the store right away to see if we can exchange it.
The man that answered the phone was rude (you know who you are) and became very defensive and said they are hard because «it’s got a lot of fibers». I said I’ve bought them many times and this is the first time I’ve had it taste different from the others.
He then said it is not their policy to accept food back. Then accused me by saying «how do I know you didn’t leave it in the car overnight?» I didn’t. Even if I did, it would have softened in the heat. I know this because I’ve ordered Quest bars from Groupon in the summer when it’s 105 degrees. They leave the box outside the door and they just softened and got deformed but we’re still edible.
My friend sent Quest an email and they admitted the had production issues and had bad batches out in distribution. They sent my friend a full box of Banana bars and apologized instead of accusing the customer.
Needless to say, the store lost a customer because of this.
Here’s part of the email from Quest. «We understand that the recent change we made to your favorite Quest Bar flavors may have caught you by surprise.
Unfortunately, at the same time we changed to soluble corn fiber, we experienced issues in production so there may be some Quest Bars out there that are not up to our incredibly high standards. Your Quest Bars should be perfect every single time so we cannot apologize enough if your experience was less than perfect.
Those production issues have been completely resolved so we would love to send you replacement product of your favorite flavors right away!»

Super knowledgable staff, great product offerings, and the store is always neat, clean and organized. I have mild palpitations, and have been trying to find a pre-​workout that won’t make my heart explode. I tried a few samples, and was able to find one that tasted great, and did it’s job, without the tingles or extreme palpitations.

I’ve been to A LOT of «nutrition/​supplement stores.
Man by the name of John helped me and it was literally the best experience I’ve had to date. For a fledgling store in this location I highly recommend you go to get your needs fullfilled by them. If I could throw more stars down I would. Great great store!

This store is new to me and new to the neighborhood, and being the product junkie I am I had to check it out. This store is all about product. It’s not like a GNC or a Vitamin Shoppe as it’s very open and minus a couple of display tables all the merchandise lines the walls of the store. They had product lines that were new to me but also ones I am familiar with like ON, BPI, Quest, and Dymatize. The pricing on the products I asked about was fair and not jacked up like you find at other nutrition stores. Customer service was great and the associate seemed very knowledgeable. I know I’ll be back when I need to replace my supplement staples.
