NO stars!!! DO NOT sign a lease with these people! They are crooked. Very bad news. Bad management, no security, and extremely dishonest! Watch out!
I have never in my life been in a situation with such bad people. I had a one bdrm apt for three years. Never missed a payment! I never caused a problem. My home was broken into, bdrm window shattered three times, maintenance issues I had to follow up on because there was never a response. When it came time to move because my lease was up and I delivered my notice (in their required 60 day format) they claimed they had no record of the notice and would charge me another two months at MONTH TO MONTH RATE ALMOST $ 2000!
They overcharged me two months prior and never issued me my $ 70 credit, as promised. Even LOST my lease renewal my third year on premises! As I was vacating, my upstairs neighbor and next door neighbor, both, we’re moving as well because it’s not affordable. These morons are bad business people.
In the end I said here’s the keys and happy cleaning! I have always made it a point, and with pride, that I be a stand up tenant. This is borderline theft what they’re doing over there. And for those prices, which are raised annually, I could live I Summerlin! Really, Oasis. Shame!

do not move here! have to pay water cable sewer &trash your rent changes every month! if u order cable from a cable company they still make u pay the $ 45 for theirs when they tell u that cable is an amenitie… the gym they also offer has yet to be opening &i’ve been here 5month. never see any kindle of raquet court. they claim they have security which u never see. the pedesrian gate doesn’t work or rather the key they give u have made over 10 request which have been ignored (i’m contacting a lawyer) plus we are stuck in a 14month lease. will be moving sooon as its up! keep looking! do not movement here. everyone i have met says their leaving when the lease is up… i wondered why moving trucks were here alot…#hugemistake

Never rent here unless you want to be robbed or your car stolen or enjoy mildew and mold in unit!!! Break ins all the time and plenty of assaults they don’t tell you!!! Don’t be deceived by the pretty office and balloon appearance! Totally not safe to live unless you sleep with your gun like I did, live in danger there and as to the Gym, a joke, never fix or even begun! Know the law as I do ! to break lease do to unsafe living conditions and misrepresentation if you want out you can! Be smart and picture all, video if you need and give them written notice file complaint and get the hell out! Law suit big time coming for Greystar Management and many people past tenants have moved out due to break ins, cars stolen or vandalized and also rocks thrown at your door to get you to open up! That’s what criminals do! I’m in law so trust me I know the truth!!! Assaults are daily there they never ad to news! Beware, Be careful coming and going and never rent here being deceived by this management!!! I’m filing law suit and am not the first!!! Looks are deceiving but please check all out on crime stoppers as well and if you stay here better stay armed and lock down all including your car and camera around patio hidden!!! No way to live! Oh huh let’s mention bed bugs infested n mildew, mold yet some geek comes spray in seconds and useless solution for that! Housing Authorties loved that one huh!!! Be smart n go to police, crime stoppers site and now you can also ck complaints now gone to state and housing Authorties as well as law suits!! i say if you stay Keep your gun ready if you open your door to a rock or other then your friends or family be ready to use it because it’s daily robberies and even deaths involved!!! I had to rate 1star or couldn’t warn you, I’d give them way below zero actually never a star maybe rental ballons at office that’s it!!!

Not safe at all. Came to visit a friend and there was a break in while we went to the pool. Mind you, she’s lived here less than a week. The door was kicked open and laptops were stolen. Probably crack heads trying to make a quick buck. Wouldn’t recommend anybody lease here. The property is decent in appearance but do you really want to live somewhere that has so many reported break ins?! Think twice and think hard before getting an apartment here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am changing my review to reflect my experience now that I’ve lived here for over a year.
Property management (3^rd company since late 2014) is indifferent at best.
At worst, they lose packages, blame the owner for lack of follow through instead of taking responsibility, and conveniently forget to place work orders.
It took them a year and a half to complete the remodel of the gym, but they charge you a $ 50 deposit fee for the treadmill fob. This is a small example of the greedy price gouging the complex has implemented after forcing residents to wait to remodel the gym for over a year and a half and blaming the sluggishness on the owner’s failure to make decisions in a timely manner.
If a tenant moves out of your building, your building is stuck with the empty apartment’s remaining water bill. You pay for the landscaping once summer hits… your water bill explodes. We pay for security, but I’ve never seen them on site. Neighbors are ill mannered and loud. You often have to park in a completely different lot due to poor planning and parking allotment.
Apartments are nice, but everything is installed incorrectly (tubs are backwards, faucets are backwards) and not upgraded to reflect the model. Cheap, penny pinching fixes for residents. Kitchens are AWFUL to clean if you don’t have an upgraded one. Do NOT get a kitchen with white tile or white counters (counters are completely impossible to clean).
Ice cream truck comes in every single day and blocks traffic while blaring obnoxious music. When asked to disallow this, management will tell you they’ve never heard a complaint before and that they will «try to have them come around less» while doing literally nothing about it aside from the lip service… which is frankly offensive at this point. Just tell me to buggar off like a person with an ounce of integrity would. It would be a refreshing change of pace in this slumlord complex, plastic smile management.
When you first move in, you MAY think all the small problems are worth it. After a year, management’s lack of giving a shit really shines through proudly.
