OneClick Cleaners

I used their services this week during my stay at the Aria in Vegas. Called and arranged a pickup over the phone, dropped my laundry off at the Bell Desk and picked it up from there the next day.
They could do with improving their communications a little: I had to call up to find out the status of my laundry, how much it cost and how to pay! But that’s only a minor negative, overall I’m more than pleased with the service provided!

Matthew was able to assist us with a very last minute need when no one else could in Vegas. Amazing service!

First time using this service and it is exceptional! The prices are beyond fair for the type of pick-​up/​delivery service they provide and the great quality of their dry cleaning! Very happy customer!

Just the service you expect to get on vacation. To order the service is easy and just dropped it at the bell desk. They picked up and return the next day. Excellent service

I don’t leave a lot of reviews. But when a business truly stands out and makes things easy for u and saves u a bunch of time, they just amazing! Same day pick up and drop off at the hotel! Very good prices. Great communication via text message! This is awesome. Love it.

Great service. I needed uniforms laundered for event staff at a convention in Las Vegas. They were easy to contact through text and accommodated us well since our plans kept changing. Each day they picked up from our meeting room in the convention center and delivered the uniform back by the afternoon. Easy to work with, no complaints.

I have been using OneClick Cleaners for several months and have been very impressed with the quality of their work and the service! The online system makes it so easy to schedule pick up and drop off. They also offer a great first time special if you haven’t used them before. I highly recommend trying it!

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the fact that when you have an unsatisfied customer, instead of taking the feedback you were given to improve your business, you chose to tell the customer how to improve instead. My work email vs my personal email… you are missing the point of why I was so annoyed. My work out of office reply gave the name of a colleague to contact for «urgent» matters… you contacted him several times, including once to tell him to get Whatsapp. It was completely unprofessional of you and you haven’t apologized once for it. Also… if my data doesn’t work, email vs Whatsapp doesn’t matter, neither will work. And 42 $ vs 47 $, maybe I was confused but either way, of course your driver wasn’t getting a tip. It took you over 2 days to pick up the laundry and we were told to meet someone at our hotel between 6 – 7 but your driver didn’t even show up until 7:45. And lastly, we didn’t raise our clothes smelled so badly until the morning of our flight when we wore our newly washed clothes. As much as I wanted to miss our flight to argue about 42 $ w some overly defensive laundry service, I figured it wasn’t worth it.
Also, the 3 back-​to-​back-​to-​back phone calls my husband received after this review was posted was really not appreciated. I’m sure you’ll have some justification for why you felt the need to do that…
And when your customer is really happy w the service you provided, maybe stop being so defensive and just apologize. If your emails were kinder instead of basically blaming me and taking zero responsibility for your company then I wouldn’t have bothered to write the first review.

This company and their service is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I called them last week and usually their service takes 2 days, but I let them know that my boyfriend needed his clothes dry cleaned as he was going to go on a last minute trip. They picked up the clothes within a few hours and delivered it promptly the next day. And because I find it hard to trust companies (especially when you have to rely on them to pick up and drop stuff off), I texted and called Matt the owner a few times, and he always promptly texted me back or called me back which was awesome and reassuring. I rarely get my clothes dry cleaned but now I know exactly which service to use the next time around. All the other cleaners I looked up on Unilocal already had low ratings and bad reviews to begin with except for one click cleaners– and now I know why. Thanks so much for all your help Matt!

I am a local and liked the idea of having my dry cleaning picked up and delivered.
Wow.they are awesome and priced well.
I am a regular dry cleaner and this was so easy. It was also super easy to set up my account online and set all of my preferences. It was quick, and I now even have a couple pink bags they left me to fill (with my name and account on them) and all I need to do is call in or set a pick-​up online each time I need my items cleaned.
They can pick up at your house and deliver to your work (or vise versa), etc. Super easy and they did a great job cleaning and pressing my items. They are now my only dry-​cleaners.

Whilst in Vegas, I needed my suit cleaned for work. I found OneClick on Unilocal and gave them a try. Very glad I did. My washing was picked up from my hotel and delivered back the next day as promised at almost half the price the hotel was trying to charge.
Highly recommended.

Excellent convenient laundry service while in Vegas, particularly on the strip where hotels charge ridiculous prices to clean clothes.
OneClick cleaners makes the process easy. After filling out their online form, all communication was via text.
$ 2.95 per pound for wash and fold, with a minimum of 10 lbs. Clothes came back less than 24 hours later well clean and folded, the shirts on hangers.

I was very impressed with how professional and fast they are. plus they pick up and deliver so I never have to go out of my way. very convenient and friendly business. Will definitely use them from here on out

Was in Las Vegas for work; clothes were too wrinkled to wear. Hotel wanted a fortune and needed 2 days to do it. (It was Friday afternoon.) Found OneClick thru Unilocal and called. Explained my situation to Matthew. He was nearby, and asked how quickly I could have my items downstairs. He was at the hotel entrance before I got downstairs with my clothes. And he had them all back to me, beautifully pressed, in 5 hours. Pretty cool. Great product and very reasonable prices.
Here’s the deal though-​if you are from out of town the computer based program isn’t for you. It won’t meet your needs. So, I called and got a message that someone would be back to me in 24 hours. That wasn’t going to work so I sent a message through Unilocal.Matthew called me back shortly and made everything work. If you are doing this as a new, out of town customer, skip the website and call, text, whatever but talk to Matthew.
Much better, faster, cheaper than what your hotel can do, but talk to a real person.

Just perfect. I use them for Wash & Fold service. Pick up and delivery. Never worry about it. They come and get it, then it is back before I know it!

OneClick came to my hotel picked up my laundry and returned it In the same evening.
Everything was washed and folded as promised.

I have been very impressed with Matthew and his team so far. They really focus on the service and quality side of things — much different than any other dry cleaners in town. I love the fact I can store a credit card online — that’s a big bonus for me because I like to buy things that way. I guess Amazon taught me that. :)
As for the service and quality — this is a top shelf business! They do free delivery and prices are fair, too. All positives to at least give them a try!
