Partell Specialty Pharmacy

I’ve received good advice & friendly service for a product I couldn’t find at other compounding pharmacies. Jeff the pharmacist spent time with me & was of great assistance. Glad I found this place!

There are so few compounding pharmacies in the area I’m sad to give this location a low score.
This rating reflects the ‘attitude’ of the women at the front counter. Surly and unfriendly are the words I chose to describe them. The other day, one of them just flat out lied to me when I asked her a question.
I will move on to Speciality Pharmacy next year. Life is to precious to have to deal with people like them.

I guess they’re a specialty pharmacy, whatever that means. I’d compare it to a pharmacy located in a casino that emphasizes natural remedies, and priced similarly.
They carry a «neighborhood pharmacy» house brand as their version of a generic, as well as several name-​brand pharmacy products (Tampax tampons, Crest toothpaste, etc.) with predictably over-​inflated prices (think fifty cents per tampon). Their supplements and vitamins section is extensive, but it seems like you have to go in knowing what you want, as there weren’t any staff available to answer my questions. Space is clean and organized but I really didn’t see anything here that I can’t get at other similar shops for less.
Props for having a «wellness café» in the lobby (separate review), and a $ 10 off Unilocal check-​in offer for prescriptions: not sure of the fine print as to how that relates to insurance. Not clear whether they still offer delivery, as older reviews mention.

There is a new self service check in system that truly is not customer friendly. You key all your information in & then set and wait to be called. Today I did just that only to watch customers by-​pass it & be helped ahead of me. The counter lady just said «O, sorry the thing has been broken & I just didn’t look». Where is the face to face friendly staff from before???

Open Monday– Saturday and you can call in prescription right ahead and pick up in a jiffy!

What a great place, complete with friendly technicians and friendly pharmacists. They even have a juice bar inside the pharmacy! The place is out of the way for me but certainly worth the drive. They even have delivery service for your Rx for a reasonable price in case you’re located far from the place or if you’re feeling sick and unable to drive the distance.

I have never been to a «specialty pharmacy» before so I didn’t know what to expect. It is basically a natural medicine type of place. Are you having problems digestive problems? They can recommend a nonprescription vitamin for that. Also, your slightly different doctor can send prescription there and they will give you instructions like, «take five pumps of this per day.» They have really short business hours. My prescription was called in Friday evening and it wasn’t ready until Monday night. When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I checked in on Unilocal and got a $ 10 off coupon, which I gave to the woman in front of me because I was already paid up.

This place is awesome!
I’ve been coming here for over a year and the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. They actually spend some time answering questions and making suggestions on supplements you should take and how they might help.
I highly recommend them!

I have used this compounding pharmacy for years, and they consistently provide great service and get me my prescriptions on time. The staff is friendly too.
