I rarely(almost never) need to get anything dry cleaned but about 9 or 10 months ago I dropped off a women’s suit and 2 button down shirts to either be pressed or dry cleaned, I do not remember which. I believe I needed them next day which they were able to do but I had to have my MIL pick them up due to my work schedule. For whatever reason one of the shits was not done so MIL picked up the three items that were and gave me the claim ticket to pick the other shirt up later. I completely forgot about it and lost the claim check. 9 months later I need to have the same suit pressed and I happened to find the claim ticket. I was so worried that my shirt would be gone since it had been so long but they still had it! I am so happy to have it back. The suit and a shirt will be pressed with less than 24 hour turn around time for $ 7 and I was quoted $ 10 and one day turn around to get pants hemmed. It will probably be a while before I need something dry cleaned again but when I do I will come here.

The lady, I forget her name, is so stinkin’ nice. She always greets me with a smile. And is just a pleasure to see. When my schedule gets too crazy I even drop off my laundry to have wash and dried. :) 5 stars!

Only a noteworthy experience would make me write a review for a small, typical neighborhood dry cleaning service. I used to live 2 minutes away and owning only a couple things that require dry cleaning, my appearances here were rare. The service was always good and at a fair price. One day the straps on a dress ripped off and required a little more tailoring skill than what I’ve got. Not wanting to butcher the dress myself nor go to the overpriced tailor across the street I went with my dry cleaner. This seems like a family owned business, and usually I would be helped by a nice older man but this time it was an older lady. I talked to her about the rips and she explained what she would do, then negotiated a price with me. She was somewhat timid saying, «How much? Is(x amount) ok?» I was surprised both by the inexpensive price and the concern to not want to charge too much. The straps were sewn back on better than they were before and the dress looked great again. Unfortunately I do not live close by anymore, but if I did I would still be going here for my cleaning and tailoring needs. Nothing but pleasant experiences here!
