This spa is beautiful and has great energy as soon as you walk in. I’ve done the clear lift facial and loved how tight it made my skin feel. I’m also going for cellulite treatments and love the results so far !

Love the pearl medspa. Had my lips done. They are perfect. It was my first time ever getting them injected. So I was nervous, but they turned out amazing. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked.

The clear lift skin rejuvenation treatment is amazing and instant results! I also get my Botox and fillers here the nurse is one of a kind I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Pearl Med Spa for close to a year now for laser hair removal and now that they have the new Soprano Ice I’m finally pain free during the treatments and had immediate results after just the first treatment! Absolutely love the Staff, Denai, Marcia & Agnes are all incredibly nice and truly care about the results I’m getting. I am one happy customer!

I went here for 6 laser hair removal treatments over the period of 6 months for my underarms. Its now been 6 months since and I still have to shave every other day think I spent close to $ 200, with a group on deal and numbing cream. Almost every time I went in there I had to tell them what I was there for and then they would ask of I wanted my numbing cream. Well yeah I paid for it didn’t I? Found the language barrier or at least the accent barrier a little frustrating. I was so looking forward to not ever having to shave my armpits again and that is not the case. After 6 months of treatments I notice little to no difference. Maybe underarms are something that could require more than 6 visits but they never suggested or recommended more.

Just stopped in for my 4^th hair removal session for my underarms, the brand new Soprano ICE laser is AMAZING! Doesn’t HURT a bit, the spa has completely been redone from previous owner and is so beautiful and relaxing, you don’t even feel like your walking into the same place. Definitely a place you must go for all your beauty needs!

Found this place through Unilocal and went in to give it a try. Awesome place to do laser hair removal! Staffs are very nice and professional. Just finished my first session for 2 areas. I also heard good things about their massages, which I will try one day. Strongly recommended!

Went in for my 4^th laser treatment yesterday, 8÷29÷2015, and I had a rough one. But pain is beauty right ??? New set of workers which are VERY VERY VERY sweet people. I love them!!! They close on Sunday and Denai texted me to see how I’m doing, you guys TELL ME, what other laser spa’s do that? Texts you to see if everything’s ok? Nobody else! I’m telling you guys, whoever left bad reviews go and give them another try because their so fricking awesome!!! I wouldn’t recommend any where else but PEARL MED SPA. Super duper awesome.

Tired of shaving? This is the place to go! A friend referred me and I’ve been coming here ever since. I found a Groupon and I can say I am happy with the results so far, still have a few more sessions, but have definitely noticed lesser hair. I’ve been assisted by Agnes and Denai. Both of which are welcoming, professional, and they get the job done! I definitely would recommend coming here!

I have a 15 yr old daughter who plays soccer and always has knee issues. We heard about infrared light therapy and how it could help. The treatment was simple and painless and the staff were very friendly. The treatment helped reduce her inflammation and she feels amazing! Love this place! Even gotta massage while waiting, Marsha is the best! The prices were reasonable and the vibe there is wonderful, definitely worth every penny.

BEWARE! very dishonest people. When I called two weeks before to make an appointment I told them I bought the groupon and told her we wanted laser hair removal for under arm and lower legs. We got to the office the girls weren’t friendly but we went ahead to fill out the forms. When we got called in to the back room, one of the girls said «before we continue we offer you to buy up for other areas same as groupon price» so I looked at her price list and saw that the lower legs is considered a large area so I said that’s not what it says on groupon. She told me «oh it’s a mistake, we are loosing money. I will call them right now to fix it for you you only have to pay $ 60 more.» Now I’m upset because I paid $ 129 for lower legs and she wants to charge $ 60 more to have it done. I chose Peal Med Spa because they are closer to me, but I’d never go back again. What a waste of time! At least groupon refunded me groupon bucks.

DONT GO HERE! I agree, the duck face lady is so nice to you when she is selling, lasser hair removal is a total wasted of money. My treatments never totally worked. When I asked why? She told me no problem honey one more treatment and is gone, 7 treatments after. Still hair there! She got al upset coz i kept on asking her. She was very unprofessional always on the phone and burnt me a couple of times.

I went to pearl medspa and had Lazer hair removal on my lower legs. I bought a package of 6 treatments. The procedure was painless. After the very first treatment a couple of weeks later I noticed less hair was growing back. I am truly amazed with the service. The staff is fantastic and I highly recommend going here for your treatments. I’m now thinking of going back for my underarms.

First of all, I would just like to say, to those of you talking about Suzanna’s appearance, your parents obviously did not raise you right. Somebody’s appearance has absolutely nothing to do with their work ethic and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Now, I too bought a groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments, and I think this place is wonderful. The girls have been more than helpful with my questions/​concerns about the treatments. Yes, they do have accents, but I have absolutely no problem communicating with any of the women in the office. Maybe those leaving the ignorant reviews about looks and accents are the ones with the issues ;-) (Just saying)
I give Pearl Med Spa 5 stars and I will be going back for more treatments in the future. If any of my family or friends were to be interested in getting laser hair removal done for themselves (or any other treatments that pearl med spa offers), I would definitely refer them here.

I bought a Groupon for 6 laser treatments. The service here has been great.
Front desk help is very sweet and they call several days in advance to remind you of your appointment. My results have been awesome! I have gone to one other place to get removal done and saw nada for results and barely felt the laser. Here, you feel the laser and the numbing cream is a must to keep your pain level to a minimum. Zsuzsanna is always a pleasure to talk to and really wants you to have the best results. Before each treatment she asks if I have any areas that need more concentration and she really wants you to be honest about what you are seeing for results.
I recommend you give this place a shot. I haven’t experienced their other services but the laser is the tops for me.

I have never had a worst experience at a spa then I have had here. The staff is completely unprofessional and unscrupulous. I had a Groupon for laser hair removal, and each time I went in Suzanne I would burn me with the laser. She insisted every time that I was a different color from the last time she saw me even though I am never tan nor do I lighten my skin. She informed me of the horrible reviews that she was getting and how it was affecting her business, so she begged me for a positive review an exchange for free laser hair removal services.
After the last treatment, my skin was so badly burned that it actually left a scar. I took pictures of the burn the day off, and a week later, and I still have a scar there to this day all these months later.
When I attempted to contact the company to let them know about the burn, I received a scathing email from some alleged «doctor» who is never on site saying that I was lying and that I have no proof that the picture was even have me. Really? why would I take a picture of someone else’s scarring?
I never completed my treatment, and they refused to give me a refund as well. Thankfully I wrote to Groupon, and they were very empathetic. Additionally I have reported them to the Board of Dermatology for their unscrupulous medical practices.
Do not go to this place. They do not have any experience or medical training to conduct the procedures that they do. They often put deals on Living Social and on Groupon to drum up business but steer clear! I could not in good conscience write a positive review knowing what they did to me. I have attached photos as well
