Waited over 2 weeks to get a call to come and get my daughter’s glasses. Drove over just to find out they didn’t mean to call. After 14 days her glasses still were not ready. So now still awaiting another call to drive back across town to pick them up. Now it is 15 days and still awaiting her glasses. It is way too long to wait for new glasses.

I really tried to give this place a chance multiple times but the customer service is terrible. On my first visit the doctor pushed me to get a different brand of contact lenses(biofinity) rather then the brand I was always happy with(acuvue). Simply because she didn’t carry it in her office since according to her they were an outdated brand. Little did she know I worked at an optometrist office for over 2 years and know for a fact that doctors will push brands depending what sales rep they have a better relationship with(i.e what rep brings them more office lunches) but since at the time I was using my insurance I went with the brand she suggested and purchased a years supply. 2 months later my house was broken into and for some reason they took my whole years supply of contact lenses along with many other things. When I went into the office to try and get a copy of my prescription I asked if I could change it back to my acuvue brand since I had to pay for the contacts out of pocket because I had already used up my insurance benefits. The girl assisting me automatically said that in order to do that I would have to pay a refitting fee of $ 69 and wait for them to order the contacts. I don’t understand why they try to hustle people so much all she had to do was change the name on the prescription which I know the doctor can do with no problem. I will never be going to this place again. It’s sad to say customer service at the Walmart vision center is better then this place.

I give it 3 stars this visit because the optometrist and nurse were very professional. However, when the time for choosing frames, looking at insurance, getting fitted came it was not good at all. My daughter is very specific and wanted to stick with the same frames(frames I bought here sep 2014). The person assisting us never smiled, it almost seemed as she was annoyed and wanted to get it over with as soon as I told her we are sticking with the same frames. When I went to get my daughters lenses cut I thought the experience was going to change. One of the ladies greeted us with a sincere warm smile and told us to come back in 45 min. So we did, we came back and she said«ok so what can I do for you ?» I said«oh we came back like you told us too, about 45 min ago, to pick up my daughters glasses. She then did a 180 on me. Maybe she was offended, but no more smiles, and a bit rude. I noticed that as soon as she said, «well you need to let’s know, I see so many people a day I don’t remember .» Clearly then I felt unimportant. When she came back with my daughters glasses she placed them on her, not the right way as one of the ear lobes was under the frame, and said your all set. She realized my daughters(10year old) wasn’t happy, so she did ask her a few questions. At this point I’m up and ready to leave because I was told we were all set. I said she was fine because I didn’t want her to touch her glasses again, I felt that since I didn’t recently purchase them, and they were already once under the heat, once under the heat again they could«accidentally» break them. That’s how they made me feel anyway. If I do come back it would be mainly because I like the optometrist service, but I will definitely refuse their service if it’s nasty again.

Had a pretty good experience here. The first two times I have purchased glasses here, I was not disappointed. After that I decided to experiment with Lens Crafters which was more pricey but you instantly got glasses, and then a few smaller businesses. Decided to come back here this year after a three year exploration and glad I did because I can honestly say I enjoy the service and selection of frames here more than anywhere else. Surprisingly now, glasses can be ready the same day which was not the case four or five years ago. The staff was helpful. Dr. Suh was a great optometrist and even the assistant was great. The salesperson, Monique(I believe), really understood my style and wants for my new glasses, but also gave me the freedom to look at frames on my own, all the while having the perfect amount of attentiveness. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with a walk in. I should have came on a week day so they could cut my lenses same day but still, it was great. Ive been to a few optometrists that gave been incompetent and unhelpful but this one really did help me so much and explained everything well.

In the past I have been to LensCrafters and Walmart for my contact prescriptions, but my new provider made it necessary for me change companies. Pearl Vision was a complete disappointment. I was hustled the moment I walked in, to buy things I did not need. I was forced by the Dr. into taking contacts because of the price, where other doctors let me choose. When I chose not to buy a years worht of contacts I was treated very rude and disrespectful. Stay clear if you have a choice!

If you are looking for eye care professionals who make their patients needs a priority then please look somewhere else. After being charged extra charges beyond what we were initially told, we were patient and accepted the charges because of the promise for a speedy delivery on the lenses since we would be leaving the country soon. Well it seems that this was also a mistake since they waited two weeks to even put the order in for my wife’s replacement lenses. Now we will embarking on our honeymoon without an updated set of contact lenses thanks to their terrible customer service and lies about speedy delivery. After we receive my wife’s overpriced lenses we will be taking our business somewhere else, please take my advice and seek eyecare needs elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not a lot of frames to choose from, however the service and staff are great! Visited Pearle Vision for the first time just three weeks ago. My eyes have been giving me a hard time and I finally had enough. The check-in process was simple and straight forward. The Doctor answered all of my questions and the exam seemed thorough. While the selection of frames appears to be a bit limited(or maybe not?) it is more than made up for in service. Nicole and Marissa in particular have helped me address some minor hiccups with my purchase. They’ve gone above and beyond. It is truly appreciated. Thank you!
