Renee is such an awesome teacher! If you’re looking for a classical Pilates workout, give her a try, but be prepared to work, your body & mind will love it! Her studio is clean & neat, she has Gratz equipment that is the best!

Renee is an amazing instructor and a wonderful soul! She takes great care of me and I am seeing great results in a very short period of time. My core is stronger and my body is more toned. She helps me even with my nutrition plan, and let me tell you what a great massage therapist she is. It is like a one-stop shop! I take the individual classes but I know she offers boutique style small group classes as well. She gives discounts if you use her massage services and her pilates services. First class is FREE, so definitely worth trying.
