I give it one star becuase upon signing up today was one of the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Very unprofessional and the management didn’t make it any better. I felt totally disrespected. You get what you pay for. If i get ANY dirty looks I’m going to corporate. Nobody deserves bad treatment like we did for any reason.

I love planet fitness I am a black card member and I’ve visited all locations. I use this location more often since is closer to my house but I’ve never experienced such a poor customer service as in this location in particular, highly recommend if you are planning to join, avoid going in the evenings and after
Their management and staff is very unprofessional in every aspect
I don’t appreciate having to walk through the gym to be able to find a bottle with sanitizer since most of them are empty and trash cans are over filled, bathrooms messy and cooler with NO WATER! yet… meanwhile their staff is too busy on their phones, gossiping with other members and NOONE will knowledge you and of course managers are never around. Reasons why I prefer to go really early in the morning and avoid this nonsense I’ve addressed this issues before and I am sure I’m not the first or last member to complain about this.
I’ve been working in the customer service industry for over 27 years and it’s really sad to see how such a great facility has employees that really don’t care about their job and don’t take it serious when they should know well that they’re the face of the company.

Good service the only thing the hydro massage room was hot and no playing Asian music. But nice environment.

Trial pass for the day 20 dollars? No thank you I rather do the extra drive for Eos fitness. Also they have the worse costumer service ever. I had heard so much negativity about planet fitness, and now I see why.

Horrible service! The staff doesn’t know a tiny but what costumer service is. I called to ask a few questions regarding my account because I wanted to cancel, so I was told that I have to go in person that I can cancel since my «contract» is over. I go and they tell me my account has a balance, which is not possible because my bank statements say otherwise. I explain to the guy then the calls the manger over, so he asked to see my statement and to bring it in, so no way I’m not coming back because I was told to come in person nothing else. So I show my bank statement on my phone and he sees my monthly charges and says he’ll waive the fee? So I ask what fee because I was already charge monthly. Well the good thing is that I did cancel and I was not the only one having issues with them because there was a guy as well showing his bank statements. Seems that their technology is lacking and So is their costumer service.

Great to have a gym with just the basics that I need for a good daily workout AND is kept clean at all times. That’s a plus i really like! Their «Judgment free zone» made me feel comfortable to be a part of a gym and for that price? Even better! Just wish is wasn’t so cold. And by cold i mean the employees. They’re brittle and off putting. However I only have to say like 5 words to them, which is best for me.

Awesome place to workout ²⁴⁄₅ they are open 7am to 7pm on weekends. 10 bucks a month is hard to beat. It’s clean, decent with lots of equipment. Don’t worry bout customer service coz u don’t need it if you ‘re working out. Suggestions for the owner. Please give us some decent water not from the fountain.

I have to say it though, where ever you go you should be treated with excellent customer service. unfortunately for the owner of this planet fitness this is not the case.
Why? You might ask!
Here is it is.
I was coming to this gym everyday for about a month, which I love the gym it self is pretty decent.
Don’t get me wrong I am not a princess who needs everything at her beck and call. No, I am just getting older and some of the machines are newer technology so of course I wasn’t going to know how to use certain things.
I requested help multiple times and it seems as though everyone is to busy gossiping and or eating fucking Roberto’s instead of being able to help.
C’mon for goodness sake put down the burrito and help a sister out.

I want to give them 1 star but I actually like the gym.
Its just the service and the representatives providing the service are sub-​par.
