Called and scheduled an appointment (2 weeks prior) to have bathroom sinks/​faucets disconnected, then next day to have 2 new sinks/​faucets installed.
Kevin was on time and very courteous he put booties over his shoes the minute he entered my home.
He explained everything he was going to do along with a reasonable quote and got right to work.
I then made next day arrangements with him to come to my home after my new countertops were installed and ready for sink/​faucet install.
Again he was on time and got right to work. Kevin was very knowledgealbe and a true professional.
I now have a good plumber and company I can count for my plumbing needs. Thanks again Kevin.

Had a leak within a wall. Called and they sent someone over within the hour. Plumber took a look and said he needed to inspect more. Well after cutting wall through he found the leak. He worked and worked until he had things fixed. Price was very fair and reasonable. Plumber was awesome and knew exactly what needed to be done. No complaining just fixed the problem and gave me advice on how to keep things running smoothly.

Kevin came out tonight for what I thought would be a giant job– with a huge expense. He was literally here for 10 minutes and fixed our problem. He was honest, kind and professional. I will definitely use these guys again. (Since I have other work to do anyway). Great guys, great dispatch. Thank you!!!

I was referred to plumbing solutions by my handyman for a job that was too big for him. Other reviews looked great & they were prompt to call back. Wish I could give them a review on some actual work, but I have yet to get an estimate out of them after 2 promises of when I’d have it.
When the tech came out he promised an estimate the next day in the afternoon; probably by 2:00 or 3:00 he said. I called the office 3 days later & was told they were working it up & I should have it shortly… that was 5 days ago.
Maybe the job’s too big for them too, but a little honesty if that’s the case would be helpful rather than wasting people’s time.

I called and had a plumber to my house in less than an hour. Aaron, gave me a tip to fix my downstairs pressure issue I had at the sink, and cleared up a slow drain I had on the upstairs sink that a previous plumber couldn’t unclog, which comes with a warranty. He was fast, professional, and personable. I’ll be calling this plumbing company again for any future issues I may have and will ask for Aaron again. Plumbing done affordable and honestly. Highly recommend!

I work in a customer service business and that is very important to me. I couldn’t be happier with the technician they sent out. Aaron was on time professional, courteous and explained everything that he was doing before he did anything. I was hesitant to have any plumber look at my front bathroom but because Aaron was so upfront and courteous and professional I had him look at my front bathroom. Which he told me it just needed a fill valve. When Aaron told me the price for both bathrooms being fixed would be $ 125 including the service call. I never thought I’d have both toilets fixed for under $ 200 let alone $ 125. Talking with Aaron he told me he had only been with the company for about 3 months. I will say this, Plumbing solutions of Nevada made a great hire
with Aaron, he’s a total asset for this company.

As you may have found out if you are a homeowner or apartment owner, finding an honest plumber in Las Vegas is tantamount to winning the lottery. Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is a winner. I was told by the City of Henderson that the water line to my rental home was on my side was broken and needed to be replaced. A very expensive repair. Ed, Plumbing Solutions’ technician, was very prompt and spent at least 20 minutes with me demonstrating that my line was NOT broken and that the meter box was holding water because my sprinkler system is on an angle and when turned on water goes into the meter box. He could have ripped me off, but he didn’t. There is no «trip charge» or «service charge» for his trip, something that seems to be epidemic like Ebola in Las Vegas. When I actually do have a plumbing problem I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Solutions. Also I should add that this company has all the necessary licenses and can pull permits.

After some trouble with scheduling and location, Jerry came up and helped us out in understanding our property and the situation we’re facing. Whoever designed our home was an idiot, but Jerry helped in showing us what we’re dealing with, offered some solutions to the problem that we can happily do ourselves, and taught me more than I was expecting. I’m a Realtor in Las Vegas and I learned things that I am thankful to now know to make me better at my job. Also, this is a family run business as is mine, so I can relate to the mindset of a parent leaving a business for his son to take over and run in the same fashion, built on old-​fashioned business ethics.
