Do not!!! I repeat, do not ship from this place!!!
I shipped a package to my customer 11÷04÷15. I received notification from my customer that tracking information was invalid. I checked for myself. After contacting this office to see where my package was they informed me that package has yet to be scanned by the postal service. After waiting 2 days I called this office again to follow up on my package. I was informed by the clerk working for post net, that my package was lost and there is nothing she could do but refund me the $ 9 I paid to ship the package. She also informed me that the first two packages I mail from this facility does not include insurance for shipping. So not only am I out $ 317 for shipping this package, but I will not be compensated for the «lost package». I’m am still upset because I have to mail a replacement for my customer. Still very upset after this experience, and I advice others to ship from the local post office instead!!! Unfortunately, my work hours prevent me from making it to a local post office facility to mail customer orders.
Ship here at your own risk!!! I truly believe someone in house stole my package!!!
