From the main lobby of the MGM grand to the right should be a hall and escalators down to the«Underground» area of the hotel. I wasn’t super hungry but it was time for lunch so the boyfriend and I stopped here and by the looks of the pizza I thought I definitely could not finish one by myself. I did and so did the boyfriend and weirdly enough we could probably still eat some more afterwards so this place is more of a snack or light lunch. The food was fresh and delicious! and the service was very friendly and efficient although they were working on a large order! Will definitely come back when in Vegas!

Excellent Pizza… Personal Size equals Personal Delicious at so many levels. The PizzaMaster was awesome and the #2 Rocks! If in Vegas you have to visit the Underground and have a Project Pizza.

This place is yummy!!! Real simple concept — pick your toppings, and done! The folks working here were really friendly and the pizza came out fast. Thin & tasty crust. Flavorful toppings. I will have to go again before I leave MGM. It’s located in the«Underground» of the MGM resort. If you enter from self-parking, you’ll probably walk past it. Give them a try. I got red sauce, garlic butter, mozzarella, pepperoni, meatball, sausage, mushrooms, caramelized onions, ricotta, basil, and parmesan. It was SO good! And I shared my pizza, so for $ 12 it was a really good deal, cause I was full! FYI… One of the employees mentioned they just got bought out by Pieology.

The pizza is legit! Fairly priced too! Easy to order & it came out fast! Good service. Plenty of toppings to choose from to make your pizza what you want it to be. If you’re really hungry, you can have one to yourself easily. If not, split it. Would come back again when in town.

Best pizza I’ve had in the US, and I live in NYC. Perfect place to come for a quick amazing, fresh pizza without having to deal with anyone trying to constantly up sell you. I recommend making your own because you can add every single topping for the same $ 12 price!

Great great pizza, great value $ 12 for an individual pie, you must come try this pizza. Don’t order from the menu but make your own, you can add all the toppings you want for the same price… The bread is thin so you won’t be full with bread but you will be able to enjoy all the ingredients.

Great for fast eats. I need to generally avoid this type of food but for pizza it didn’t make me feel so bad. Definitely fast and catered to exactly what you want with good ingredients.

It’s hard to find affordable food in Vegas where restaurants are super expensive. Project Pie is similar to Mod Pizza. It’s one price $ 12 for as many toppings as you like. I love all the veggies they even have brussel sprouts to put on your pizza. When my pie came out it was so beautiful full of lots of color and looked super appetizing. A little sprinkle of red pepper for spice and this pizza was the envy of the table. Great place — it’s in the Underground of the MGM.

Best pizza we’b had in ages. We’ve already petitioned our home city to open one of these. We ordered red sauce, every vegetable, garlic, Gorgonzola and carmalized onions. And added a kale salad — also good though really teeny weeny.

Best pizza ever! It’s $ 12 for any pizza the cheese pizza is $ 10. Nice simple pricing, easy to order and taste was so good! Depending on how many toppings you get, The size is good for 1 if you are super hungry or can split with someone. I will definitely be back and bringing my hubby next time! I think I could eat this for every lunch while I’m here!

I’m in love with a pizza… in a T-pain singing voice!!! Yes I am, at a first glance your like whatever it’s just another pie joint with minimal selection and nothing exciting. BUTOHAREYOUSOWRONG!!! Yes folks this place has Pizza and salad and I think that’s it but that’s all they need. The concept is simple they make thin brick oven pizzas in your face and they do it well. The ingredients are delicious and don’t judge the cooks or should I say«Pie Artist» cause they know what they’re doing. What I mean is that I was tempted to ask them for extra cheese since it didn’t look like much and the people in front of me did so but I didn’t and it came out perfect! I got I think it was the number #12 it had meat and more meat, lightly oiled, the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the flavor of the ingredients were so tasty it makes your taste buds dance. The dough was thin, crispy yet had just enough carbs to hold on to and every bit was amazing. I mean if certain places wants to call them selves a pizza place(not going to mention any names) then they need to come here and take some notes. I totally like it way more then the secret pizza place in The Cosmo but then again their pizzas are good as well totally different but good as well. Any how it’s located in the hall wall when you enter or exit to or from the parking garage of MGM grand with all the other shops, this place is a sure great place to grab a pie. At $ 12 bucks a personal size or to share with 2 it is so good a little pricy for the size but worth it. I will def be back just for these pizzas it’s easy to get to it has a cool comfy little set up and after you try it once you’ll be too addicted not to not come back for more!

Came here twice for quick bites. The quick service restaurant version of artisanal pizza. Allows me my weakness for pineapple and artichoke paired with pretty much anything. Great value on the pies. Salads etc, less so. Wether you’re up or down on the house, this place is a treat.

I’d have to say, these kind of places really do depend on how you design your own pizza. It might be a hit or miss depending on what ingredients you choose for your pizza. I absolutely LOVED my pizza. But my husband got a bit over excited(you can choose any toppings you want, and the price is all the same!) and put way too many things on his pizza in my opinion. Also the mix of things might not always match. Located in the basement of New York, New York hotel. When we got there, there weren’t any customers, so we were a bit hesitant. It got great reviews though, so we checked it out. You order fast food Chipotle style, point to what you want in your pizza. Then they stick the whole personal pie into the oven. Thin crust pizza. Got my pizza white(no sauce, just olive oil), started out with a base of toppings that included brussel sprouts, added chicken and a few more toppings. Came out amaaaazing. Didn’t think I would finish the whole pie, but it was too good not to finish. The brussel sprouts definitely made the pizza. I was surprised how good they tasted after being baked onto the pizza. My husband agreed and wished he had put them on his pizza as well.

PIZZA? Yes please! Grabbed a quick pie after the comedy show and I wish we would’ve bought two they were so good! They were pretty busy but the two guys kept up relatively well. Opted for the #7 that was a white pizza with prosciutto — I’m sold. The guy suggested to add bacon too. Sold again. Bonus, there wasn’t any extra charge for added toppings. Thank goodness another patron noticed the pizzas were switched as mine was being boxed up(because mine was boxed I didn’t see what it looked like). We would’ve wound up with«Mike’s» pizza but his still smelled damn good! At the time in the evening we ordered(10:45pm) they didn’t have any of their dessert pizzas left — bummer. Swung by Corner Cakes on the way to our room instead.

My count of visits customized personal pizza places now stands at 4. As I’ve mentioned before, Pieology is still hilariously absent from this list. I’ve passed by Project Pie several times before while walking from MGM Grand’s parking garage to the casino proper, but it’s always been at inopportune times. When they announced a buy one, get one free special for Pi Day(3⁄14), I decided that this was a great chance to try them. This is now a chain like all the others, but the Las Vegas store is the original site of Project Pie. It was launched in 2012 by the guy behind Pieology and MOD Pizza. Like those chains, you can pick from pre-defined topping combinations, or you can build your own 11″ pizza for the same price($ 12, an unfortunate Las Vegas Strip markup). I built my own pizza, as always. I started with a red sauce(it was a little light on that, to be honest), added ricotta and feta to the standard mozzarella, loaded up on proteins(pepperoni, bacon, canadian bacon, grilled chicken, spicy sausage), and piled on the vegetables that seemed appealing(caramelized onions, red onion, artichokes, mushrooms, tomato slices, garlic, basil). Unfortunately, due to lack of written labels and underfilled topping receptacles, I missed out on some interesting ones that I saw later on the serving paper(roasted red pepper, garlic butter). The crust stood out that most to me. It’s delicious and it’s not super-thin. It’s not that crunchy, but I love that it’s chewy while not being soggy at all. They did a great job pulling it out of the 600-degree oven at the right time. The meats are all fine, and most of the add-ons do a decent job(tomato slices might have diluted other flavors), but there weren’t that many pops of flavor until I added chili pepper flakes. I think that topping is actually better here than at most pizzerias, but there seemed to be a disturbing lack of shakers even at a lull. Good luck finding it if they’re busy. Project Pie is about as good as the other chains in its genre, so I encourage fans of Chipotle-style pizza or visitors to MGM Grand to give it a try. Personally, I doubt I’ll be back very often. The regular price, the inconvenient location(although I did happen to get lucky on parking on an early Monday evening), and the relative lack of real standout ingredients all stand in the way.

I found this spot on the underground at The MGM Grand Las Vegas. The menu is from $ 10.00-$ 12.00 average. We can most likely call this a hidden gem. If you want a personal flat pizza, white or red this is the spot. Only 4 stars because the small amount of toppings. It was still delicious!

YUMMMY. Ahh yes. Pizza makes me so happy especially when done very well. Got the cheese pizza after watching a show at MGM. It’s located conveniently near the underground walkway to the east parking garage. The pizza had the perfect ratio between cheese and sauce. It was oven baked with a thin crust crunchiness to it. I was amazing by how quickly they were able to make it ! They have a variety of soda including unsweetened ice tea. The booths with coaches for seats were super comfy. The wallpaper had interesting quotes on it that kept me entertained. I definitely would return again and would recommend it.

Long overdue review but this place definitely gets the stamp of approval from this NYC born/bred foodie. One of the few options for decent AND affordable pizza in Las Vegas and it is at the MGM… I never would have guessed. I had this place bookmarked for over a year before I tried it a few months ago and have been back a few times since. This is pretty much my go-to spot for a quick and yummy veggie pizza if I’m up for trekking to the strip. Love that it is a set price for unlimited toppings. Thin and crispy crust, fresh ingredients, friendly service, affordable price. What more could you ask for?

My ooooooh my… I AMCOMPLETELY amazed out how freaking delicious this dayumm pizza was! I, like many others I’m sure am a pizza lover. I have had many great pizzas. And this just got bumped up to my number 1 spot! Yup I said number one. The 3 reasons why are as follows… 1. You can build your own. With many options to choose from. Canadian bacon, pepperoni, ham, sausage, every kind of vegetable you can think of, a delicious garlic butter sauce for the dough and of course some cheeses. 2. It is only 12 dollars! Wait, what? 3. I got my pizza in 10 minutes! The pizza was flavorful, fast, cheap, and easy! Service was awesome and the employee’s were so friendly! Love how ordering is fool proof and so fast! Definitely a great place for both kids and adults. I’ll Be Back… …in my best Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!
