Classic Bait and Switch. Avoid like the plague. Attempted to up-​sell me $ 4k when they were in my home. Not only do I not recommend these people, but I would not let them inside your home. They drilled a hole in my wall and when told them to forget it the whole thing, the proceeded to do a patch job that does not match my paint and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. So, be very wary of these people and their tactics. Oh, and their sales manager isn’t a nice person either. When the tech was in the home, he called his sales manager on speaker and I was treated to a most unprofessional tirade and a threat of not getting my deposit back. Not a very pleasant experience whatsoever.

Ugh. just DON’T. .had to get the actual ADT Rep to get through to them after spending ALL DAY on the phone to get the install mess up fixed. So frustrated just cancelling within the 3 day period.rediculous.stay away!
