Chris was my auto shop professor, this is his family’s store. Great people of course, although I have a bias… As my professor, I know how knowledgeable Chris is about cars. I believe the rest of the shop crew are also up to his standards since I’ve seen mostly the same faces for over 5 years. They have been courteous as far as I’ve seen.

This is a horrible auto shop. I went there to get a heater regulator which only has 2 hose clamps and 1 screw to replace it. I asked if I could just take the part home and I would be able to install it myself in 10 minutes. They insisted that they install the part and would only charge me for 30 minutes or less for the labor. I understand that they want to make the extra money for labor so I said ok. I watched the mechanic remove the part which only took him 2 min. He then continues to walk around the shop and not do any work for the next hour. Then he took the new part to my truck and installed it in 5 min. At the end of my visit they ended up charming me for a whole hour of labor and overcharging me by $ 100 dollars for something I wanted to do myself. I will never go to this place again and I recomendation nobody else go there either unless you want to get ripped off.

Hmmm, oil change that literally took no more than 15 minutes, go home and oil all over my driveway. Go back 2 days later since they were closed for the holiday and find out that they didn’t take off the skid plate while changing the oil, among other things… or did they? Nope! Mahalo braddahs but this wahine knows a thing or two. Then asked them what kind of oil they use and they were flustered to tell me or perhaps they didn’t want to waste their breath telling a female. Pretty ignorant when they talk bad about their employee that changed my oil right in front of me… mahalo New York! Never again!

I for sure found my new mechanic! This time Chris worked on my car. Wow. Such a deal. 5 stars.

I have been using R&R Auto for close to 20 years now and they have always taken good care of me. R&R is one if the few mechanics I know I can trust to do the job right the first time and always be honest with me. There have been a few times I have brought my vehicle in expecting a major repair and R&R found it was a simple fix, they could have taken me for hundreds of dollars.

I was referred to R &R by a friend who told me to talk to Chris, who is the owner.
I dropped my truck off to Chris on a Wednesday and received a call Thursday morning that my truck was done.
Upon my arrival, Chris told me they only found a bad fuse and there would be NO CHARGE!!!
As others have written, Chris and his shop have a high level of integrity and honesty and they have developed another loyal customer in me.
Also, Frank and the rest of the staff that I spoke with while there were very pleasant and friendly.
I will continue to go to R & R for my auto repair needs and recommend R & R to
anyone.

Need an honest mechanic in Las Vegas? Look no further, R&R is hands down the best place to take your car. I was referred by a friend to come see the manager Chris, 3 years ago, and all I can say is I won’t take my car anywhere else they really do treat you like family.

This place used to offer pretty fair prices for stuff. The last time I came in I got a diagnosis and they said the test shows I have a bad catalytic converter but it wont show which one so all 3 need to be replaced. Every other place knew which catalytic converter was bad just based on the code (which is what I thought based on looking up the code myself). It would have cost me 2 – 3 times more if I trusted this place. I’ve been here several times before for some work but it seems maybe their management has changed since then and they don’t mind ripping off repeat customers. Beware.

I’ve been coming here for years since I was recommended here by a friend. The guys are all amazing and don’t rip people off and are honest. They do a fantastic job and easily explain things. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

This is the best and most honest place to get your car worked! I will not go anywhere else. Frank who works in the office is very friendly and Chris the owner and head mechanic is an honest guy. Awesome people there! Love, love, love R&R

I called and asked for an estimate and the gentleman that answered was very friendly and helpful. So I looked up the reviews and decided to go to this place. They fixed my brakes and roaders in good time and at a great price. As I was leaving a girl was saying that other auto shops were trying to charge her $ 100’s more. I expected to pay $ 600 and I only paid $ 200!!! I’ve found my new mechanics!!!

My hubby and I have been taking our cars to R&R for the last 15 years. They are completely honest and have never tried to tell us that we needed something done that was not necessary. They always take the time to explain what you need. Locally family owed is the way to go for our family.

Great. palce to fix your car …

I had not serviced my car for over a year and had multiple issues with the car besides a check engine light. Mainly went in there for an oil+filter change and waited in the air conditioned seated waiting area. It took a while but that was only because of the people in line ahead of me (it was busy).
Finally my request was taken care of and I mentioned to the mechanic, Danny, that my car had not been serviced for over a year and was in pretty bad shape. He was nice enough to have a look at everything for me and recommend what needed immediate attention and what didn’t.
I had taken the car to another garage to have a mechanic check it out and identify the problems; they were identified but I was told the cost would be over $ 900 (special for me! we all know what that means) and I would have to leave the car overnight. I had all my issues taken care of at R&R for $ 132 in around 45 minutes.
I do not write reviews on Unilocal but the honesty, dedication, pricing, and hard work by the folks at R&R completely blew me away. I will always bring my car here from now on.

The time of an honest mechanic is gone so to know about R & R is great because they are honest, fast, and efficent. This is the only place I will take my car to.

I am a fan R&R Automotive, I have been coming to them for all of my auto repair since 1999. I have always been treated fairly, given the best price for service and never had to deal with up sales tactics.
Grampa, Michael, Mike and Christopher are «old school» business owners. Their reputation is important to them. I have never been mislead in any way.
They stand behind the work that they do. If you have a problem just bring it to them and they work it out with you.
As long as they are open they have my business. I have no idea what Gina S. is talking about. Grampa (Michael Angelo) is a good man, who does stand behind his work. There must be more to the story.
