9am store has not even opened up on time! Yet i need to be at work 15 minutes early? I waited here since 8:30 so I could just buy some resistors for my air bags and now I need to rush back home with no resistors via my maids arrive a 930! Thanks again for waisting my time… Corporate is getting an email as well! Want minimal wage higher then earn it and be on time to work!

Charles the manager was fantastic! We went in looking to replace a phone for our carrier Boost mobile. The salesperson/​manager Charles was patient and professional. He helped us compare phones and was very knowledgeable with the products and most importantly the pricing with regard to what Radio Shack offers .The particular phone we decided on was on sale but not in stock at his store so he called other stores and tracked their shipments so we could go pick up our phone as soon as it was available and so we could receive our phone at the sale price and the savings. we appreciated the high level of customer service and his pleasant attitude. We love the phone a Samsung Galaxy 3 Spark and we will be going back to buy our phones from Radio Shack because of our experience with Charles, he was awesome. Thank you Charles
