My husband and I recently spent 4 days at the Red Rock, and we didn’t want to leave! The location away from the Strip provided a nice break from the sensory overload of Vegas, and the shuttles made getting there easy. We had an almost perfect experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderful. Mallory at the concierge desk helped us plan a dinner on the Strip(her recommendation of Mon Ami Gabi was one of the best meals of my life,) a show(Cirque du Soleil: Mystere,) and an all-day kayak adventure that began at the base of the Hoover dam. Her expertise made planning our trip quick and easy, saved us hours of research, and resulted in amazing experiences. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the pool and Red Rock Canyon in the distance. The bathtub was perfect for a post-kayak soak. The pool area was great for relaxing. There are plenty of seating options, so although the pool was well-used it didn’t feel crowded. We enjoyed a cabana with optional curtains for shade. There are only two reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5. First, the room was a bit noisy. We could hear doors closing from nearby rooms, and could hear conversations from the adjoining room next door. On our next visit, I would request an unattached room. Second, most of the dining options were delicious, with the exception of Libre. Their margarita was atrocious, the food was poorly seasoned, and they played Slip Knot over the music system for an awkwardly long time. All told, I would absolutely visit Red Rock again.

I kinda like the ability to separate yourself from the bright lights and high roller life of The Strip. I mean, some of y’all saying I should stay here are a bit off base cause I don’t know that I could justify an overnight stay at this spot when I can lay my head at Encore or Wynn for a little more cash. I will say, each time we visit here, we win more money than we lose. In Vegas terms, that’s winning isn’t it? It’s almost clean and it’s almost awesome and it’s almost cool and it’s almost… I don’t visit Las Vegas for almost. I suspect my folks would, but they are retired and in their 60’s and I’m not. I’m in my 30’s, late 30’s, but 30’s nonetheless and I will continue to drive out here and want to leave 2 hours later. Leaving is actually cooler than being here and that’s just how it is.

Its a nice hotel, loved the rooms. Big, awesome view. I just like being on the strip a bit more. Also the dealers were so sad. They did not smile, A few of the ones that were dealing were sick. They keep blowing there noise and coughing. They did have good gaming tables and lots of slots. The internet was horrible. We were here for a conf and it was not good for wireless. The food was great. I ate at a couple places. Loved the View of the MTS and of downtown Vegas. You need to go to the 20th floor and look out. Impressive.

Red Rock Casino and Resort(The prettier stepsister of Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino) has a great assortment of restaurants and bars as well as beautiful renovated rooms-pool area. Living in Henderson, I like to visit Red Rock casino as a little in town get away. I really enjoy the pool area! They have multiple pools, jacuzzis and bars throughout the rear of the property. The pool bars offer great food and drink and will sometimes give locals discounts. If you haven’t been out here yet, I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Well believe it not I am not a Huge Casino goer but since my Mother-in-Law had not seen Star Wars(yeah I know right) the wife and I decided to take her to the Regal Cinemas. The Casino has everything… as I have mentioned there is a 16 Screen IMAX Movie theater… Bowling Alley… tons of food options… and a Conference Center. The Casino itself is virtually smoke free… definitely better than any on the Vegas Strip. The area is also EXTREMELY clean and there are some awesome deals for Senior Citizens on Wednesdays that can’t be missed. They include 4 buck movie tickets… free points for the slots… discounted bowling… and much much more. This review loses a STAR because of the parking situation. The walk to the Casino… hotel…bowling alley… movie theater… etc…is just completely to long especially if your disabled or a Senior Citizen. This is an awesome location despite the little parking issue so as always Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!

Spent se time at the Red Rock. It is pretty far from the strip and that’s the main drawback here. Other than that it is a beautiful place nicely decorated with a great buffet, many slot machines, all look new and clean, worth spending a couple of hours here. There are some activities for kids such as kids Quest and arcade, but not too Many kids there when I was there.

I have been playing at Station casinos for nearly twenty years when I visit Vegas once or twice a year. I’ve stayed at some of their various properties, mostly Boulder Station, for nearly eight years. I love Station Casinos because they offer some of the best variety, if not the best variety, of full pay video poker machines in the United States. They are the Peter Lugers of video poker! Their poker machines, I can attest from experience, are conducive to royal flushes. This review is probably one star higher than it should be because of my affection for Station casinos. Here’s some tough love: I stayed at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa from 1÷12÷16 to 1/16/16.It, along with Green Valley Casino Resort & Spa, and, to a slightly lesser extent, Aliante Station, are the crown jewels in the Station inventory. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing, without going overboard into ostentation. Red Rock is «Bellagio for locals» and I mean that without sarcasm. I like the modern look of the video poker machines. They have Full Pay Deuces Wild, Loose Deuces and Double Bonus Poker. Red Rock’s location is a big asset. It is directly adjacent to the Bruce Woodbury(Clark County Route 215) and near the Summerlin Parkway, two major connector highways which make it very easy to hook up with the interstate highways and explore other regions of Las Vegas and even California if you like. They have a huge multiplex cinema, a bowling alley and a great food court which includes Capriotti’s, a great sandwich place. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues, which, to me, meant that Red Rock did not give me what I paid for. With regard to The Grand Café, I will give credit where credit is due. The issues were these, in no order of severity: 1. The Grand Café: The Grand Café, a fixture in all Station properties, is a 24 hour casual restaurant/coffee shop. It is woefully understaffed, probably because of corporate penny pinching. The servers, however, are well trained and provided me with great service. Their names are Todd, Ray, Miriam and Santiago. One problem was the disappearing cashier, illustrated in a photo I posted. More often than not, the cashier was not present at the cash register when I went to pay my check. I never saw this at Boulder Station. The Prime Rib Special($ 15.99, served between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.) is awesome. I had it three times. The huge slab of beef was perfectly cooked medium rare each time and it was delicious. There was another issue which I initially wrote about in my review of this Grand Café, but I now prefer to keep it private. 2.Wi Fi Service: Although basic Wi Fi service is supposed to be «free» it is obviously not since the hotel charges a nearly $ 30.00 daily«resort fee». On one day of my visit, my Internet connection went out every 5 – 10 minutes, causing me to continuously lose work 3. The Irremovable TV Scroll: During nearly the entirety of my visit my TV had an irremovable black and white scroll which covered stock tickers and weather reports, among other things. I posted photos showing this scroll. Based upon these issues I would not stay at Red Rock again unless they comp me a couple of nights to rectify this nonsense. Not holding my breathe on that.

Red Rock casino is one of the best«locals Casino» to go to. It’s clean, vibrant and trendy. There are plenty, I mean plenty of slot machines to choose from. An abundance of table games to splurge on. Plus all the KENO&BINGO your little heart desires. Quite a few restaurants & bars to enjoy. Located at the end of one wing is a Regal movie theatre. Located not far from the Red Rock national park, yet a little ride from the strip. So when you rent that car to hit the national park stop at the casino on the way back. Service? Everyone seems alright. But I haven’t had much interaction with the staff. Doesn’t take much interaction to feed a slot machine or out chips on a table. Don’t donate too much. Good Luck!

Most reviews are for first time stays which for that it’s ok. If you are a return client don’t expect anything more and you will see how dirty the rooms really are. I have asked for a late check out twice since staying at Red Rock over 10 times in the last year. Both times I was told it was not possible. I contacted the hotel manager each time as well without a response. In the same year I stayed at VDara, Trump & Marriott and other hotels, each time I asked for a late check out without any hesitation I got it sometimes til 4pm. I ask for a late check out because my flights are always 4 pm or later to Hawaii. The above mentioned places are cleaner and treat you like you are number one. The front desk at Red Rock are not friendly or personable and have never volunteered any information I have always had to ask for simple things like where is the pool and the hours. If you stay at red rock as a guest you can use the spa facilities. That is a secret they don’t tell you. If you want to stay in Summerlin go to the Marriott. On the strip Vdara or Trump. At least that’s my opinion which everyone is entitled too.

This is definitely my favorite off the strip resort. There’s several gigantic chandeliers, a huge slab of real amber in the lobby, along with other stones and minerals located throughout. They have an Onyx bar there with real onyx! It’s extremely beautiful and I love the ambiance of the place. My fiancé and I are locals and went here quite a few times prior to staying there. There’s a lot of excellent food options there, and even more options now that downtown Summerlin has opened. The downtown area is just a short walk from the casino and totally worth checking out for some fine dining and shopping. We ended up getting a signature suite with a mountainside view. It was absolutely stunning. There was a TV in the bathroom mirror, his and hers sinks, a large marble jacuzzi tub, two bathrooms, a living room, mini bar, fridge, and more closet space than I have in my entire house. The bed was extremely comfortable too. The next day we booked hot stone massages at the spa. The spa is tinier than one of the other spas I went to in town but it was very relaxing and tranquil. I loved my massage, the massage therapist I had was excellent and made me feel so comfortable. I wish we didn’t have a brunch appointment right after so we could have enjoyed the spa a bit longer. If you want a relaxed place to enjoy a friday night with someone special, or get a great bite to eat, definitely go to Red Rocks. It’s a much more civilized experience than you’d get on the strip.

Although the Red Rock casino is a nice hotel… here are some of the reasons why I gave it a 3 stars…(this review is only about the general experience and has nothing to do with the actual rooms itself) Pros: — Newer and Nice Hotel — Lots of attractions for locals — Clean! Cons: — Lots of cars, parking can be a pain — Buffet line is way too long(This is what we came for) — Service for buffet was slow in seating customers — Quiet casino. didn’t see many winners(Slots weren’t loose) — Too far from the strip! Overall is a very nice and hip hotel, but again, just a bit too many Cons for me to truly like this place… but I do like the sister properties such as Green Valley or Sunset Station!

Just going back in my «memory bank»(as my good friend calls it), & recollecting on a good experience at the Red Rock Hotel! It’s located a bit outskirt from the strip, perfect for me as I’m one of those rare peoples who likes to go to Vegas to chill, not to be hype! LOL. I love this one stop shop, you can do everything at this one location! Especially for you gamblers though I’m not condoning it, I did see a lot of people playing on site of this location. Food, was okay! I believe there is a few restaurant options on site. I LOVE the outside patio, warm fire pits under the star lit sky! Spa, my massage left me speechless! It’s been years and I’ve had plenty massages after, still, my most favorite massage was at the Red Rock! The masseuse was attentive and applied the right amount of pressure! Superb communication, didn’t chat my ear off nor was she awkwardly silent! Thank GOD! Lastly, the rooms were sized perfectly, spacious living room, comfy bed! Pretty much what is expected of Vegas. However I must say, since they have the land they are able to make every room, even the ordinary rooms feel like King suites! I highly recommend making this hotel and resort an option for your next Vegas stay!

Red Rock is an awesome Locals casino. There are a ton of great restaurants and hang out spots such as Yard House, Mercado and Hearthstone. There is a large movie theatre, arcade bowling alley, small club, bar area and of course casino. I recently went to the spa here. I had a great experience. The spa is somewhat small. Its definitely not Ceasars Palace spa big but it does the trick. They have a hot spa, a cool dip, nice showers, lockers, steam room and eucalyptus steam room. The eucalyptus steam room was a favorite of mine. It really clears out your sinuses and helps you breathe. There is a small waiting area where you wait for your treatments and I was surprised to find some tea. It is disappointing they do not have snacks, service here or drinks really. Especially for the money i spent… but the tea was a nice touch. I had a great hour long stress relief massage where they rubbed oil through my hair and heightened my relaxation with some essential oil. It was amazing. I also had a 25 min facial which consisted of a cleaning, a mask and a moisturizer. While the treatment was processing the women would ever so lightly caress your shoulders and chest area. It was so awesome. Sometimes a light touch is even better than a hard massage. They gave me a locals discount on the facial but not the massage. After my treatment, I took a nice shower. They provide all the necessities like hair products, lotion, razors. Overall nice time. Come to find Red Rock also has a Rubio’s in it. Love Rubio’s! Grabbed me some of it while I was there. i really could go on and on about the casino. It is a cool place to hang out for sure.

First time we staying here at the red rock hotel, even though our home only 10 minutes away. I know, its silly. anyway we were so impressed with the property. We love our room, and its surprisingly affordable. Way way better than staying on the strip. The only thing that the have this treats in the room and if you remove it from the rack for more that 45 seconds, it will automatically charge you. It sucks when you have a toddler. Overall we love this place!

Stayed here for several days when extended in-laws converged on Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. We were upgraded to an incredible suite arranged by a friend who is an executive with Station Casinos corporate. Our accommodations were outstanding, and service from check-in, Concierge, Bell Men and Room Service was fantastic. Our suite was spacious, tastefully decorated and each day we received a different basket of fruits, cheeses, wine or champagne and our favorite snacks. We did have drinks at Lucky Bar one night while the rest of the family was gambling. Housekeeping took great care of the suite, which was very clean, and featured luxury toiletries and high end linens and bedding. We only had charcuterie and drinks at Hearthstone, otherwise we had reservations or planned for meals elsewhere. My FIL and six other family members occupying five other standard rooms thoroughly enjoyed their stays as well. Undoubtedly receiving VIP treatment due to my friend arranging our stay, we are definitely fans, and will stay again.

From 11÷7÷15 We decided to stop at Red Rock, after a day of shopping in Downtown Summerlin, which was super convenient because we could walk right to the casino from DS. Once you step inside Red Rock, you are hit with a very pretty ambiance– this place is decorated beautifully. Of course like any of the casino-resorts you have the gambling floor filled with slots and tables. Also, they have a good amount of restaurants, a bowling alley, and movie theater. I want to come back and try their spa out; it looks awesome, plus the prices seem fair.

I love it again! My only non 5 star issue is that my absolutely favorite part of the resort– the spa pool– was closed and that should have been noted not to mention, WHYDOTHISINTHESUMMER? The rest is back on track, every meal, every bar, the pool, oh, the glorious pool(the food was much, much better and the drinks haven’t changed prices in years) was back to my favorite place likely on the planet. This is my dream resort, not as fancy as some I’m sure, but for me, it’s absolutely 100% perfect… when the spa pool is back open that is.

My family and I have gone to this place for years. We like that it’s away from the noise and craziness of the strip. The style of this place is really cool and I love the music here. There’s lots of stuff to do here from gambling, hanging at the pool, relaxing at the spa, going to their movie theatre, bowling and playing at the arcade. They also have a bunch of dining places to choose from. It’s my family’s favorite Vegas vacation spot, there’s something for everyone. My favorite part about this place is their bathtub with a tv. I love baths and this just brought it to a whole nother level. I don’t need the spa to relax, just a huge bath with a tv, pretty awesome. I also like the pillows they have, they’re big and soft, but the bed is kinda hard for me. The views for the rooms are either of the strip or of Red Rock Canyon. Both views are really pretty. This visit I stayed in my Aunt’s room since she had an extra queen bed. We were on the 15th floor and had a view of the canyon which was beautiful in the morning with the sunrise. We normally don’t have problems checking in, but this time around we did. Our baggage took a while to get to our room so we had to wait in the room before being able to go out. Also my Parents had to call housekeeping right when they got in their room because it was stinky. The other downside to this place is that you only get free wifi for 24 hours after that you have to pay for it if you want to use wifi in your room. The casino has free wifi though, but it’s not that good. I would have given this place 5 stars, but those things brought it down to a four.

LOVE Red Rock. It’s an amazing place to stay if you want to be away from the Strip. The rooms are simple and modern– no microwave or fridge space though FYI. The casino is clean and well-kept. I was never into slots but really enjoyed playing at Red Rock for some reason! Lol. I also really enjoyed their pool and their Café’s late night breakfast menu!!! $ 7 for the best steak and eggs I’ve ever had!!! My faaaaaaaaaavorite part of Red Rock though??? The SPAAAAAAA. It’s small, but entry is complimentary if you’re a guest. Loved their steam room. They also have a sauna, one cold pool, one hot jacuzzi, showers, a relaxing room, lockers, and a beautiful vanity area with everything you need.

Has been our go-to hotel for the last 4 years. Second time here for the 4th of July weekend. We don’t stay at the Las Vegas strip anymore only because of all the traffic and congestion with cars and people. Red Rock has a number of pools and one main pool with a fountain in the middle. I enjoy hanging out at the chairs that sit along the water. The hotel itself is truly a resort in itself. They have all the amenities including its own movie theater and bowling alley. There’s plenty of shopping in the area and a Costco just across the street. It’s fun for all ages if you don’t want to be around the Las Vegas strip.
