Service is terrible at this place. Waited for 20 mins for them to heat up my wrap. When I checked out, the wrap is still cold. They didn’t do anything to it and made me wait for 20 mins! Food is below average. I’d rather wait in line for Starbucks.

Great service whether you’re dining in or taking out! Recommend any of the wraps or paninis, ask for it to be grilled! :) the lemonade and jasmine tea are perfect drink options with any food item. And they have desserts to cure that sweet craving after your meal.

Just ordered a salad and due to allergies asked what was in the dressing… The girl said its a vinaigrette, I said ok, I can see that from the menu, but what do you use in your vinaigrette and she said stuff to make a «normal vinaigrette» like it was they most idiotic question ever. I asked her if there was a way to find out what is in it and she said no. There was absolutely no way. Well that’s pretty ridiculous and while I’m sure it can be asked and found out, she obviously didn’t want to. If your employees can’t ask what your food is made with… Perhaps you need new employees. Won’t come here again.

I do enjoy the food here. However sadly the service is terrible the girl asked me if I needed a menu I said yes. Then I waited almost 10 min for someone to come over and take my order, no one did so I walked up to the counter to place my order. Then a nice gentlemen came over to clean my table FINALLY because they were not busy so I don’t understand why the service was so terrible. Then in order to pay and get a to go cup for my tea I had to again walk up to the counter for help. Since Vegas is full of great options for food there really needs to be something that sets you apart. I would ensure hiring staff that care about good customer service! If they would have just paid more attention greeted me promptly and taken my order then checked back in at least once it would have made them score higher but if you can’t even do that then I’m sorry you don’t deserve my business.

I recently got the pumpkin spice chocolate chip cake here. I was really drawn to the fact all of the pastries I saw were vegan. It wasn’t busy & there were a bunch of workers. They were friendly enough but considering it was pretty slow it took a while before I could get someone to come around & take my quick take out order of a single cake. But no biggie, I wasn’t in a hurry. I did notice that the worker who helped me was in the middle of taking someone elses order but since she was taking a while … he kind of dumped her to take mine & she seemed pissed(rightfully so). He then sent someone else to help her when she was ready but I thought it should have been the other way around because if the roles were reversed it would be a serious wtf moment & I would have likely just left if it had been me. To give that worker the benefit of the doubt though I don’t think it was meant to be malicious, he was simply a dumdum or having a dumdum day. The cake itself was good but not amazinggggg. The cakes are slightly bigger then a cupcake but cost about $ 7 … expensive for something that was good but not great. However they had other cakes & if I was craving something sweet at the mall, the fact that they have other flavor options that are vegan may draw me back to give it another go. Not necessarily dying to give this place a second shot. Oh & can I add that it was weird that the place is called Red Velvet Café but when I got there they didn’t have any red velvet cakes? I imagine they’re the most popular & were wold out but it is the namesake.

The food here is average, yet consistent. They seem to have cut down on the number of cakes and varieties compared to the past, so the cake selection is way sparse. The last time I came here I had the worst server ever. He was cold and distant and made me feel like he hated his job. I have been a long time customer of this place but I’m turned off enough by my last experience, the sub par food, and the crummy cake selection that I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Adorable little spot nestled between the escalators. The waiters were so sweet and helpful. I had the chicken spinach artichoke panini. Great place to get something healthy to eat!

Decent pastry but coffee was bitter and had a sour after taste. I suspect the milk was steamed too hot but the barista was pretty upset over that idea and declined to make me another. I like the mall environment but the people watching is about all this place has to offer.

Their cakes/cookies which are super delicious! Our favorite is the peanut butter chocolate cake. They serve it warm but it’s just as good cold if you take it to go. We’ve also had breakfast and lunch here. Their breakfast is just ok, at least what I’ve tried, which is the turkey, cheese and egg sandwich and their egg and cheese bagel. I really didn’t like their coffee. Lunch was good, had their vegan nachos and they were super tasty for being a healthier version of nachos. Four star rating for their cakes/cookies which are almost all vegan!

Came here for breakfast with the girls before we got in the road. Fast service. Delicious food. The spicy breakfast wrap was awesome. Huge portions, which is great if your splitting with someone or live local and can get it to a fridge. Will definitely go again next time I’m in Vegas.

We found the spot listed in things to do in Las Vegas for people that were looking organic restaurants. Let me start by saying this place is highly overrated, the service is horrendous they completely messed up on our order they had no idea what cracked pepper was instead they gave me red pepper flakes, food was average, I could have gotten this 14 dollar salad anywhere, be careful on the food, the deserts looked solid, but man what a disappointment!

Seeking something vegan on the strip that wasn’t $ 20 at a Wynn hotel, we stopped here for a quick dessert while exploring the casinos. Had the three-berry cake and it was beautiful and delicious! The staff was very helpful as well. There are many, many more vegan options off-strip, but its hard to beat a place that’s walkable from the major resort hotels!

You would think it wasn’t possible to ruin nachos. Well, the Red Velvet Café has succeeded where others have failed. I was so hungry, and decided to foot the overpriced bill because it was that or wait an hour to eat. I guess this is why patience is a virtue. The waitress was dull, the nachos took 15 minutes. They were burnt, had no salsa, and amazingly, both dry and greasy. Next time. I will gladly wait. It really stinks that they call themselves a healthy option and they can’t make something this simple.

***Dessert Review Only*** We were craving something sweet and Red Velvet Café has been sitting in my bookmarks. It was also easy to convince the BF to go here because he has this weird obsession with malls ;P I knew this place was vegan-friendly, I just wasn’t expecting for most, possibly ALL desserts in the bakery case to be vegan. That was a nice surprise! So many options, it was a challenge to decide on a flavor :) We split a Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake. It was already packaged in a plastic container but when we told the gal behind the counter that we would be dining in, she invited us to sit at any table and that she would bring it out to us. It was presented on a plate and somehow warmed up without melting the chocolate mousse-like topping. This dessert totally hit the spot! The chocolate cake was fluffy and moist. The chocolate mousse was heavenly. Distinct chocolate flavor that’s not overly sweet. As for the strawberry flavor, that was pretty much only present in the single fresh strawberry on top. Slight disappointment for the small amount of cookie dough inside, hidden just underneath the actual cookie topping. But we pretty much concluded that if the name was simply«chocolate cake,» expectations would be satisfied. Regardless, it was still a super delicious treat! Perfect size to split between two people. I hope to visit Red Velvet Café as often as I can so I can taste the other desserts. 4.5 stars rounded up :)

So… I didn’t see any vegan food? Did I just miss it? I didn’t see it on the menu. Should I have asked? I guess I didn’t feel like trying that hard. We ended up getting the lemon cake and it was a perfect little size for sharing. At $ 8, it’s too big for one or two people but such a light, delicious treat.

Friendly staff, good food(not great) but in my opinion not worth the price. It was $ 40 for our bill for 3 people(we ordered a veggie pizza, a veggie wrap, and 2 juices all to share). KUDOS to being a good vegetarian option! They have non-vegetarian dishes on the menu as well. I understand that it’s the Fashion Show Mall, thus I shouldn’t expect cheap prices but the food in my opinion wasn’t delicious enough for me to pay that much. I would recommend looking at the food court or go up the elevators towards Auntie Anne’s for a more wallet-friendly mall-session meal.

The food here is always so good! I bring friends and family here, because we’re all a mix of vegan, vegetarian, and omnivorous. Everybody can eat! The entire menu can be made for any diet, even the cakes, which is so convenient(especially for vegans). I recommend trying everything on the menu, but I especially love the vegan tuna salad wraps and the vegan buffalo chicken wraps. The servers are nice, but given the traffic at this location, they have a lot of customers to handle so they’re always in a hurry. But it seems every time I come to this location, no matter how busy they are they always get my party’s orders right. Good job, guys! It seems that their vegan cheese is Daiya or something similar. So if you aren’t a fan of Daiya, keep that in mind.

After days of junking it up w/fried foods in Sin City, I needed something light and green in my life. I ordered a vegan Buffalo Chicken wrap. The wrap was large(I could only eat ½ of it) and it came with a simple green(think super greens) salad with a balsamic dressing. The wrap was mostly shredded lettuce, but it also had a fair share of the soy chicken, and the buffalo sauce(comes on the side) was yum! It was good, and it was just what I needed. The next time I’m in Vegas I will go back to try some of their other vegan food options. Now, on to desserts. OMG First of all, there were not just one or two vegan options. There were MANY options for cakes and cookies. I finally settled on three(yes, 3): 1– Hot Fudge Sundae Cake: I don’t know if I should say anything, because I don’t want to ruin the surprise for anyone. The icings were reminiscent of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, it had a chocolate ganache(the hot fudge), sprinkles, vanilla cake, and a surprise filling inside, which made me want to do back flips. So rich, I could only take 1 bite. 2– Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake: a chocolate cake, chocolate icing, strawberry, a chocolate chip cookie piece on top, and the surprise chocolate chip cookie dough in the middle. SO delicious and very rich; again, I could only eat 1 bite. You could easily split this with 4 people, or have enough to last a few days. 3 — Lemon Raspberry Cream Cake: lemon infused cake and icing with raspberry. The perfect sweet & tart combination. The cakes were $ 6.50 each, and very much worth every penny. This place should be a «must do» on every vegan’s list, esp those with a sweet tooth. They have their own little area with sitting just for their customers, and the employees were nice and very helpful.

Was looking for a place that had healthy smoothies, and this place seemed promising. It’s located in the mall, so a nice place to take a break. I got the Strawberry Smoothie and it wasn’t anything special. It was very bland. The food they had looked good; I didn’t try it though. Maybe next time I’m back in Vegas, I’ll try the food instead.

Vegas is not known very well for its extensive vegan options, so I was happy to hear that a vegan-friendly café was minutes away from the Trump Hotel, where I was staying. All I had to do was skip across the street, make it through the mall, and there it was! It is very cute, in an open are in the center of the mall. There seems to be plenty of seating, and rows of desserts lining the shelves. Not everything is vegan, but they do specialize in vegan food and desserts. I didn’t get a chance to try any of the desserts, but I decided to splurge on my meal. I got the veggie panini-vegan style. That means they use the vegan pesto and vegan daiya cheese instead. She asked if I wanted to add vegan chicken in for a few dollars more, but I opted out because I felt like the flavors in the sandwich were probably rich and filling already. I stuck with the salad, but added on the plain roasted potatoes on the side. It is on the pricier side, especially if you decide to start adding ingredients.($ 3 potatoes here, $ 3 faux chicken, $ 1 avocado, etc.) I should have splurged a bit even more and added the chicken and went for the seasoned potatoes. The sandwich was good, but nothing extraordinary. It quickly got soggy and the flavors were surprisingly not rich and filling. It felt like it was missing something. The pesto just fell flat. But it wasn’t bad, I still enjoyed it. The salad was overdressed, and the dressing itself was nothing to write about. The potatoes, advertised as roasted, were nothing more than steamed potatoes. I like that they use exotic potatoes, such as red, blue, yellow, etc. But the fact that it was simply steamed meant that it didn’t have a hearty«roasted» flavor, not was it seasoned at all. Very very bland. In the end, it was not unenjoyable, but nothing too memorable. A bit overpriced, but what isn’t in Las Vegas. I’m just glad I was able to find something to eat so close to my hotel!

So I’ve been back twice because that faux chicken was so amazing & I haven’t found much to eat on the strip with my dietary restrictions. I got the Veggie wrap without the cheese or mayo & added faux chicken & avocado. I ordered it on a gluten free wrap & got bbq sauce to dip it in. The first time I ordered this it was AMAZING! The staff was hella friendly but I still think the price was insane. It was around $ 15 for a wrap with some greens. The second time I went it wasn’t as amazing. The«chicken» was kinda dry & the service was back to the first time I went there. I wish this«restaurant» wasn’t in a mall. I really dislike the atmosphere, the prices & how inconsistent it is. I will say it is the best I’ve found for healthy food on the strip.
