I walk past this motel quite often. Have noticed quite a few renovations and they are really cleaning it up. Is within walking distance to Downtown Las Vegas attactions on The Fremont Street Experience.

Its seedy, Dirty, and sort of a resident hotel. Its within walking distance of downtown. Its got drunks that make it this far from fremont and stumble and fall down then you can take their wallet and laugh at them.
there is a good el Salvadoran restaurant next door tho!
