Robert Clark Flooring

I hired this contractor to install a hardwood bamboo floor for roughly 900 sq. feet worth of space in my home that I had purchased back in March through a local supply store. Robert Clark himself seems like a really nice guy. I met with him a couple times as he came over to take some preliminary measurements and he always showed up on time. However, his crew that he dispatched to install my floor did an unbelievably bad job. They worked quickly, and got the job done within 2.5 days, but the quality of the work was so bad. They installed a glue-​down bamboo floor and in many of the spots they left areas where the glue had oozed up through the cracks of the bamboo pieces and left it visible to the eye as you’re walking around. When the job was done I opened up a service issue with their customer service and had their crew come back out to scrape up some of the glue that was still left visible. After they left there is still areas where there is glue left sitting in the cracks of the bamboo, and the price of the labor was way more than double what the materials cost. I certainly won’t be hiring this contractor to do anymore work near my home anymore.
