I’m always very picky about my shoes because my feet tend to get very sore. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and selection at Rockport. The store was very busy when I arrived and the sales person was doing an excellent job of handling all of the many customers while giving everyone good service with a great attitude. Plus when it was time to check out the cashier gave my wife and I an additional 20% off just to incentivize us to buy a second pair shoes. Great value great service I definitely will shop here again.

Decent selection. Pricing is high. Most of the shoes here I can find through other sources for cheaper prices.
When I was here, they were having a deal. Save $ 50 on two pairs and save $ 100 on three pairs. I really struggled trying to find a third pair worth buying (even knowing that it was effectively $ 50 off). The sales folks were friendly enough, a bit pushy.
Much as I hate «showrooming» this is the kind of place where it makes sense. Come try on a bunch of shoes, make notes of the models and sizes, and then buy them elsewhere.

This place is in the Macy’s/Neiman’s Mall. We came here for BF’s shoes he forgot to bring to wear to our nice dinner at L’Atelier. We came here b/​c he couldn’t find anything he liked at Macy’s and he likes his Rockports b/​c they are comfy and accommodate WIDE feet.
Luckily they were having a sale and he found shoes that he liked. I was pretty much glaring at him for making us go through this exercise. The sales lady was nice and told us to have a nice evening (from her facial expression, I could tell that lots of males forget nice shoes for dinner).
