The WORST dry cleaners ever! I live close by so the location is super convenient, but I EVERY time I go there there is some issue. Either I missed the cut off for same day service, or the seamstress is not there, but its always something. I’ve even sent visiting family & friends over there because they are so close by, and they all had some kind of problem with the place! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE around. Just take a look at the most recent posts… it says it all. Save yourself the arrgevation and take your dry cleaning ANYWHERE else!!!

I always take my shirts and dress pants here ti get cleaned and have always gotten them back clean and pressed like I like them. I used them in the past to also alter pants and they are pretty reasonable with that they don’t take forever to do it and will get them done within 2 days or less even if you ask them to. I had a pair of jeans that I needed altered before leaving out of town and they were able to have them done and ready for me the next morning so I could pick them up on my way out of town. I would recommend them to anyone that lives in the summerlin area off the 215 and Cheyenne a good local mom and pop place.

Disappointed 1) their phone number doesn’t work; 1) they couldn’t give me a quote on my dress alterations in person after I drove down there. The employee said, «I’m not a seamstress.»; and 3) the seamstress only works mornings.

This place has the worst customer service. I am not sure if they have changed management or hired new people but they need on the job training on customer service. I went to pick up my clothes and forgot my ticket. The girl at the front seemed annoyed and told me to look for my ticket on the rack. First I couldn’t understand her because of her heavy accent and she mumbled too. Once I found it I handed it to her and she gave it to another lady and sat down. She didn’t even say anything. The other lady gave me my stuff and all she said was $ 8.00. I was like — don’t you people know how to say «hello» «thank you» or $ 8.00 please or anything or come again? I guess this is how they treat their customers. Pretty sad. I will never go there again.

Place is great.
Waaaay better than Al Phillips and they actually clean and press your clothes not just wave the magic «dry cleaning» wand over your clothes and charge you an arm and leg.
Fast service, good price, and good customer service.

This business is awesome! We had an emergency and we weren’t able to get into the cleaners before they closed and needed our uniform before the next day. I wrote a message and the owner actually called me back and came in just to give us our uniforms. Best dry cleaners!

This place is wonderful! Great service, I always see a smile! I get my clothes back and everything is perfect. Price is very good ! I can even get my clothes back on the same day too, but you have to drop your clothes off from (7am to 10am) After that just pick up the next day, which is still good. I rather them do a good job and take their time.

Never once have I receievd my clothes on the same day I got them. The name is an absolute lie. If no stars waere an option I would give it to them. They never have gotten the stains on my jacket out the first time and I always have to come back 2 days later to give them time to redo it. They pressed my jacket wrong and left a huge crease in them. No one in there really undertands english. Today, I waited 20 min for them to find my jacket because they put the wrong tag on it. Plus, they made me go through their racks to find it myself. I suggest going somewhere else.
However, you really can’t beat the prices.

We just moved to this area, so I was happy to see a convenient dry cleaners on the way to my office. I had been going to Tide on Eastern for a long while, and was super upset there isn’t one near me now (because they are definitely the best in the city!). I took two blouses to get dry cleaned, I wish I would have tested them out on a shitty blouse beforehand, because they absolutely SHRUNK the shit out of my FAVORITE JCrew chiffon top. Not to mention, they were pretty rude to me, and they definitely didn’t bother to come out to the drive-​thru to help me, and they only took cash. Super pissed. I can’t find that top anymore. I hate this place. DON’T GO THERE. Save yourself the irritation. Maybe I’ll just drive all the way across town to get to Tide, at least I know they won’t ruin my expensive clothing.

I am only giving them 4-​stars because they creased my pants (I hate creases).
Prices are reasonable & they get the clothes cleaned right the FIRST time.
Short & to-​the-​point CSRs will not appeal to some. But @ $ 2.50 per item (I am a weekly patron), results are worth all of it.

This cleaners is terrible. They don’t have any clerks that understand English and the service is low quality. They are unable to match the inseams when they press a pair of slacks. I took pairs in yesterday, when I went to pick them up, the inseams were 1−2″ off center. I tried to explain to 3 clerks when one finally said «you want repress», I said yes. I went back to get them today and they either repressed as they were or just hung them back on the rack, doing nothing. I’m done with them, despite their convenience and location.

SAME DAY! I have been to this location several times and I would highly recommend it. It is priced very well for regular cleaning, and I found their repairs to be value priced with great quality. The communication can be difficult at times, but lately I have seen the same gentlemen and everything has been completed properly.

Attempted to speak to them over the phone regarding alterations — no one was helpful or understanding apparently! They transferred me 3 times– ended up hanging up.

This place is only 7 minutes from where I work, (and next to Coco Donuts), so location is convenient. Been here a few times to drop off clothes for dry cleaning. Also dropped off a pair of slacks and a coat for alterations.
Pros:
— Drive through window
— In by 10:00am, ready the same day
— $ 12 to get my suit slacks altered. 1-​day turnaround, (if in before 2:00pm)
— friendly personnel
Cons:
— didn’t move the crease on the pants I had altered, (I had it slimmed down).
— $ 45 to shorten sleeves of my coat and cinch it at the waist. It looks ok if I am not moving, but if I flex my arms, it feels like I’m going to bust out of the coat. Fit is far from perfect.
Summary:
Quick and reliable for dry cleaning needs, but if your clothes require alterations, (other than jeans that need hemming), go to a real tailor.

After relocating to the other side of the valley, I was desperately in need of a new dry cleaner. Searched and Unilocal provided! Thank you! SDC is affordable (unlike a popular chain in the valley) and if you get you items in before 10:00AM, they offer same day service! Having that option free of charge is amazing! I picked up my clothes and inspected them, and found nothing wrong with them at all. They even put a little clip on your pants which properly secures them to the hanger. Service was friendly even when I failed to bring in my dry cleaning slip. This is indeed a great find.
