Hey if you are«closed»(even though several people had just received their food) its still good business practice to have a positive attitude. The young girl just gave me a glare as I approached the truck. I said hi with a smile as I always do when encountering people who may be assisting me. She didn’t say hello, she just looked at me, turned her head and asked her mom if they were closed.

Señor Blues was hired to work an event at my job yesterday and the truck was in an accident on the way about a half an hour before the start time, thankfully everyone was ok. We thought no tacos for us today. I look out the window later and see Quality Towing with a big blue food truck behind it!!! Took them a bit to set up, the bumper was a little wonky but that didn’t detract from the awesome tacos and friendly staff. They could have easily called it a day but instead they had the truck towed to our event! Thank you, what an amazing dedication to customer service!

My favorite food truck in Nevada! The staff is very friendly and the food doesn’t get any better! Saw them at the Springs Preserve and love it when ever they are there! Definitely a must if you are thinking about trying out a Las Vegas food truck.

One of the things I miss from Oklahoma and Texas is the Tex Mex. Las Vegas has great Mexican food but not much Tex Mex. I talked to the owner/operator of Señor Blues Mobile. She came from Texas, where her family ran a Tex Mex restaurant. Her menu is simple and straight forward; the ingredients are fresh and high quality; the result is real Tex Mex that is excellent and not greasy. If you’re looking for greasy street tacos, this is NOT it. I’ve tried most of the menu and it’s all good but try the loaded nachos. I posted a picture. My 5 star rating is relative to food trucks. I know it’s not Joel Robuchon but what it serves, I have not had better in town.
