My laptop was having issues with the battery not charging and the power cord not working properly on a consistent basis. The laptop/operating system worked fine as long as there was power to the laptop. It would take me several reboots to get it to work with the battery out or in. I dropped it off and they tell me no repair, no charge. We’ll, they said the power cord was bad and told me they’d order me one. So no charge and the price of the cord. When I go to pick it up, they tell me the OS is bad. Funny that it never had this issue prior to me dropping it off. They say they can fix it quick for $ 120…how convenient. The guy that said he would order the cord«spaced» on it and never ordered one. So my original issue was never really addressed, but they find a new issue that I’ve never encountered. I asked for a refund today as my laptop is in the exact same state it was in before I dropped it off. The power is hit or miss. Well, actually all hit this morning as it has been plugged in and running for over 4 hours with the«bad cord» and a dead battery. I was told I’d need to drive back so they could see my laptop. I’m not making a 4th trip out there to waste my time. I feel I was taken for $ 120 as I never had the issue they made me pay for until after they took in my laptop.

I am a repeat customer. They do not charge unless you have to buy parts. Today was an example of this. Unresponsive keyboard, and a system restore was performed. System works and I was not charged. Will be back if I need them again for something else.

The worst service I have ever received. They changed ownerships and it went horribly. Took my cracked phone in here and they acted like it was no big deal to fix. Left it there all day so very slow service in the first place. Finally pick it up around 5:40 p.m. and the one button on it doesn’t work. So there’s one day of wasting $ 196 just for a cracked phone screen. I go back the next day and speak to the owner that the button is not functioning. He looks at it and says they will work on it. They never call. Four hours later, we call asking about the status on the phone. They inform us that it is typical that their glass is not compatible with the phone button. They never informed us this when we first dropped off the phone nor did the owner inform us that morning when we came in. They tried working on our phone until 5:30 pm again. Now I have my phone back still with the button not functioning and they put the cracked phone screen back on in hopes Apple will fix it. The speaker, microphone, camera and button all do not function on top of the extremely cracked screen. So this was simply a waste of 2 days to be in a worse state than my phone was originally. Take my advice and do not go here. Any positive reviews are from when the previous owner was still in charge.
