I’ve had Sirius radio for a little over 2 years and had no issues. The representative named Swix was very incompetent!!! She tells me my total of 25.11 and asks me to hold on. She comes back to the phone and asks me to give her permission to charge 89.00 on my credit card. Next she asked for my birthday, for a renewal? Then I asked for a manager who was Bruce. He wasn’t much better! He said he wants to keep me as a customer and wants to find a promotion for cheaper. Nobody told me that my subscription would go up and no email or letter. He said the best I can do is 91.00 which was more than what the lady said. I cancelled my Sirius and I will never go through these idiots again. As a customer they need to inform you of everything and they don’t! They suck!!!
