They really dropped the ball June 15th201611:35pm. No cashier at the check stand at all. We were forced to scan our cart full of groceries.

I shop at this Smiths each summer when I’m in Vegas. It’s close to the Rio and has whatever you need for fair prices. Last year the receipts had 50% off Gold Coast buffet coupons ! Can’t beat a hot breakfast for $ 4.32 after tax !

The service here is ok to bad, and their shelves are a complete mess. Bathrooms stink and reek of old urine. I have never seen such a dirty grocery bathroom.

Rude staff. Asked for help and the lady walks by me looking up at the ceiling pretending she didn’t hear me. Worker behind her smirks and walks away with her.

I prefer this Smith’s location over the one that’s right next to where I live. The staff is much nicer and more helpful here. The store just feels and looks so much cleaner and they’re usually well stocked unlike my local Smith’s. It’s a little out of my way but I feel safer shopping here at night. The other one’s parking lot is always full of sketchy people just lurking around. A woman wants to feel safe when she’s grocery shopping and the other place scares me. Anyways, this store is located right off Decatur and Flamingo. The only issue I have with this store is all the shopping carts in the parking lot. I blame the people that are so lazy and leave them there but also Smith’s should have someone go out there often to retrieve them. It’s hard to find a parking spot when every other spot has a shopping cart in it. Overall this is my go to Smith’s. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits.

This store is less than a half mile from us. They have some very helpful staff here. We can generally find the basics of what we need and get a friendly cashier. There is one incredibly hardworking staff member with cerebral palsy who really knows his store and runs circles in customer service around many able bodied people I have known. There is a pretty good produce section and prices are not bad. We like Spring Valley for what it has to offer. Nothing fancy and some very cool people watching too!

This is definitely the Smiths to be at. The place is clean, well-stocked, and has more variety. The one on Maryland was almost like a mad house. Here, the isles are spacious and carts are plentiful. Don’t know why such a big difference in quality of the environment but it’s worth the extra drive for me.
