I called Spa Pro to service my spa I found him very professional and courteous. He explained to me the dangers of some older spas. I did follow his expertise and replaced that old spa money pit. He located for me a very good used spa. I couldn’t afford to buy a new spa at that time. It still is working very well 7 years later. I would use his services again. Thank you Spa Pro for saving me money!

If you are looking for someone to service your existing spa– RUN! KEEPLOOKING! I brought in a blower that he said he was pretty sure he could fix. About 5 days passed with no phone calls. I even left him two messages and no call back. Monday came around and I called him again. He said he went on and on how the blower was old and hard to fix, etc… great so he sat on my blower for about 5 days but whatever… so he couldn’t fix the blower. In addition to the blower, I needed him to come service my Cal Spa(which he «specializes» in). He said that he was in the middle of a service and would call me once he was done to schedule a time to service the spa. He never called… surprise, surprise. I went back to his store the next morning to pick up my blower and I pointed out that he did not call me when he said he was going to call. He looked at me and said«Do you have a problem with me?» He begin to get very defensive and confrontational. He told me that he didn’t want me for a customer and to find someone else. Wow, but no problem I was thinking I gladly will! Then he proceeds to say that he doesn’t really like servicing and doesn’t make that much money doing it. Completely shocked, I took my blower and quietly walked out of his shop. He began following me to the door and said’ «It’s not like I am going to go broke if I do not have you as a customer»…WOW! That is a great motto for your business! Good Luck!
