Spanish Oaks Apts

Initially I was skeptical to move here because I had read so many other bad reviews, but the office staff was so nice I gave it a try. They keep the grounds clean, if there is any garbage around it’s because the residents aren’t cleaning up behind themselves :(My 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt is priced (as of this review) $ 575 on a special. The move in was easy and they worked with me even though I have poor credit. I did have a pest control problem initially, but they sent Orkin out any time I needed, and now I haven’t seen any bugs. The pool is clean and the office staff handles maintenance requests most times the same day. You will have to pay water and sewer (between $ 40.00-$ 60.00 per month). They interact with residents alot with coffee donuts and pool parties during summer. Overall were happy :)
