Gym is always out of water, hand sanitizer and tissue. They sold a new cross trainer machine for 2 second hand old used trashy cardio machine. Those real estates are cheap liars and don’t buy anything in Spanish palms. It used to be a good place to live but not anymore. Gardeners coming early in the morning around 8. How can you even sleep with all that noise??? Poor management.

Do not buy anything here. The gym has been closed for 10 weeks. The pools are constantly being closed. The management is unresponsive. You pay your HOA fee each month for amenities that you can’t use.

nice quiet place to call it home. :) I love the gated entry and the direct garage access.

Mixed owners and renters so there is an hoa to enforce rules. The property is very nice with mature trees and LIVE grass which is a nice escape from the desert. For rentals at least the big difference between if you like it or not will be if you get an upgraded unit or not, the older finished units are the same price and a little high. Other than that the staff is nice both in the front office and the gate house as well. By far my favorite complex in Vegas and overall a great value! All my neighbors are very friendly as well including the ones I have met in the pool areas.
