DON”T confused this cleaning couple with another service called «Spic N Span Cleaning Service». This couple added the word «Spotless» to their name. Different company.
Their Ad says Three Hours Cleaning Two People $ 80.00. Additional hours $ 20.00. They worked 1 hr and 15 minutes then came to tell me they were done. I asked them to find other things to do so they honored the 3 hours advertised and was told that would be an additional charge. Paid them without tip and won’t be hiring them again.

Not very impressive. They did a good job on the bathrooms, but that was the only thing that was even remotely impressive. Promised 3 hours of time, they declared «We’re done» right at the 2 hour mark. There were plenty of things that could have still been done. Very poor communication, didn’t seem to want to engage when I tried to speak to them, so I just let them do their thing and leave. Would have been completely average, but I found a full trash bag in my garage. Again, who does that (especially when it’s 90 degrees outside)? I have huge trash containers in my back yard! I let my dollar speak for itself, and they certainly won’t be getting my business again.

Do not use this company!!! I called and made an 8:00 AM appointment three weeks ahead of time for a very important function. I decided to treat myself and have my house professionally cleaned. The day of my appointment, Cynthia called and said she would be an hour late. She then called an hour later to say she would be 30 minutes late. I then received another call to say she would be coming no later than 9:40 AM. I then received a call at 10:00 AM with yet another excuse. I told her to just forget it. I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional behavior. So very frustrating!!! Needless to say, I will NOT be calling her again and neither should you!
