Sprint Store

First, let me say that my wife and I only use Sprint because of the unlimited data, or else we’d change providers. We’ve had a lot of issues with Sprint, however, this review is five stars because of the employee who helped my wife when she went in to get her new phone. We called Sprint before she went in and were advised that since we paid our bill, we wouldn’t have to pay anything toward the phone when we went in there to upgrade. That was, of course, a lie. She was told she could upgrade to an iPhone 6 or an iPhone 6S and it would cost anywhere from 140.00−175.00. My wife was being helped by an employee named Juan. He was extremely helpful. He called another department to see if our credit limit could be raised so we wouldn’t have to put anything down on the phone since we’ve been loyal customers. They declined and he was persistent until she left Sprint, new phone in hand, with no down payment. He also helped her transfer all of her contacts over to the new phone. These efforts may just be a part of the job, but he did his job well. He made her comfortable and let us regain a bit of confidence in Sprint.

The closest thing to replicating an authentic DMV experience, but without the snack bar. The employees are nice enough but the wait times are consistently ridiculous. No retail transaction should take this long. Bring a book, a snack, and a Xanax.

I’ve never had a problem here except for the wait. That being said, I leave early, parking sucks sand, and I bring a Kindle to read.
The staff knows their stuff, hooked us up, and helped my Mom, which deserves an award. (Even I can’t stand her when she is confused)
If you ask to use the bathroom please keep in mind that the salesperson helping you will have to wait right outside the door, and a tiny, quiet room, listening and waiting. Gves me the creeps. So I sing strange songs and yell BONZAI! Doesn’t hide what I’m doing but makes me laugh.
Anyway, the staff here knows their stuff. Pee before you leave home.

Esteban was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. His customer service was excellent and he kept the mood during our visit so enjoyable! I came in to switch from an iPhone to an android and he helped me pick the best phone for the criteria I gave him. Once we finished setting up my new phone with accessories and all my contacts & photos, he set my husband up with an apple watch. We’ve been to many sprint stores around town this year and he gave us the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Esteban!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER… I opened 3 line and brought in 5 people on this location. But they never took care of us! All they care about making the sales! They do not give a crap about their customers! So beware! The sales consultant that we have was pretty nice at the beginning! But as soon as you walk out the door Thats it! Do not give in to their empty promises! «Just get this phone for now and we will take care of it later on.» (Excuse me but thats ALL BS). So watch out.

I came to this particular Sprint Store in hopes of getting a backup battery for my Note 4. I was helped right away, but, unfortunately, there were none available, so she offered to order one for me.
While I was there, I decided to get a tablet since I had an offer on my service. The same girl helped me pick out a decent tablet; she was really informative and friendly. This is my second time coming to this Sprint location, and I am always satisfied with the service from their representatives.

They take new phones out the box and put refurbished phones in them then saran the box back up and sell them as new. If you buy an iphone here take it to the Apple Store immediately and certify that it is in fact new. They’re liars at this store. Apple won’t let them scam you.

Sprint can offer low rates because there is no service in Vegas. I have yet to finish a conversation in my car without a dropped call. You get what you pay for

Came here because my phone is giving me issues. Droping calls left and right. Its the new s6 Edge phone. So upon my arrival a employee named Kris runs to the door and locks it in my face. Yeah I got me a good look at his name tag. He decides to open the door just to say we closed. So I turned to leave but I decided to knock and a different employee comes to the door. She tells me she cant get a manager they busy with customers as if I’ve not been with sprint over 12 years. As if I’m not a damn customer. Lol would u believe these people do everything to not answer the phone.
Should you press *3 they direct you to an app. Oh so we not worth them even picking up a call should we need customer service. In 12 years I’ve not had a reason to call Sprint. So I don’t know how long this madness has been going on. But I didn’t pay 800 bucks for a phone to drop my calls. If they don’t fix this issue I bet the next 12 years of my life I will be a Verizon customer.

I love this store! The employees are fun and knowledgable. Yesterday I accidentally ripped my $ 100 pair of headphones, I was so upset! I called the Sprint store and talked to Louis, he asked me to bring them in. I walked in and explained who I was, without a min of waiting Louis took care of me, answered all my questions and left me feeling like switching to Sprint was the best decision I ever made regarding wireless service. Thank you Louis for making a bad night much better.

Horrible store. Kristina screwed me over on giving me free products and then set up my account to be billed for them each month and set up a galaxy tab on my account to be charged as a phone line. They will not take this off of my account. I was given false information was hustled and lied to. I should have never switched from AT&T. I’m disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience of my life

Very slow service. Was told the wait would be 20 – 25 minutes as I was up next but waited 55 minutes instead. While waiting I witnessed two employees helping out an overweight guy in wheelchair (severely overweight) by opening the door for him and it was a tight squeeze for the guy– but he made it in somehow, right? He had to give it a few tries before actually getting pass the door and once he was out the two guys were laughing so hard. Very unprofessional and rude! I would never come here again! Also, if you owe any balance here on your account be sure that they want it paid off before upgrading a phone even though your bill still current and isn’t yet pass due!

A Sprint store that is close to me, that has WORKING payment machines!
I was pleased with my experience the other night.
We walked in and were greeted, were shown to the machines, and were out.
The store was clean, bright, and organized, with a large sitting area for those waiting for actual assistance.
I will definitely be frequenting this store in the future for bill pay, and when its time to upgrade.

Created a Unilocal account to write a review about this store, specifically a sales associate named Kristina, because I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a store after making a purchase happier than I did on this day.
I was disgruntled and frustrated with both at&t as well as my iPhone, so I went to Sprint to see what they could do for me. I was greeted immediately and waited about five minutes before being sent over to Kristina. She did everything she could to guarantee the lowest rate and the best deal, and she did it all in a very courteous and professional manner. I walked out of that store a very happy camper that day.
I highly recommend this store, especially if you’ll be helped by the same people that I was. Thanks so much Kristina!

To make a very long drawn out story short, I’ve had the worst experiences with this Sprint store and it’s customer care phone number as well.
Over the years I have come to this store and it seems like it gets worse and worse with it’s customer service specially with this, so called Store Manager Abigail, she at first seems sweet and kind and understanding, but truly they are all the same after your wallet. They do not explain everything that you have to pay, they do not explain how much your bill will go up, and they also do not explain why they will remove your warranty and add spotify to your phone without asking and charge up a bill for you if you aren’t paying attention.
I have called about this bs service and all I can say is save your money and time and go to T-​Mobile or Verizon and do a month to month contract, because Sprint doesn’t care about who screws you they just keep apologizing and not fixing what the store manager did.
Numerous time I have called Sprint Care about the issue and despite having receipts and proof that they screwed me, the company doesn’t do refunds, but will lower the bill, well my normal bill for myself and family is always 170 flat, I have never gone over my minutes or added any programs to charge my account, but magically they appear on my bill and if your not reading your bill your paying more out of pocket.
I keep calling every month and I am told every time don’t worry it won’t be added on and we will fix the issue, well no issue is fixed and it is added on and I have to call to get it off again. Plus I again never go over my minutes and they claimed I did and I had proof, so they lowered my bill back down to where it was, because they caught the error, but every month?
Like I said your a die hard fan of Sprint then hey good for you, but in the end truth hurts I catch on to there scheme and they remind of AT&T allot, just hide the numbers and reasons why they jack your price up.

I agree qith not getting a straight answer… a «free tablet «NOT !!! I paid over $ 220…deactivated it another $ 250… a phone up grade $ 0 down… NOT. I paid $ 180…and activation fee and I already had an activated phone… to add insult to injury I lost fotos and the NEW phone is referbished… daanngg …really sprint ???

Although I didn’t buy anything from this store, I had to write a review to comment on the wonderful customer service I received here. I had lost my phone and the insurance company was giving me a really hard time about replacing it. Although Sprint couldn’t help regarding a loaner phone or even purchasing a cheap phone, the representative was SO helpful in providing guidance, even to the point of calling around to cell phone stores to see what they had in stock. When I returned to have my new phone activated several days later, they remembered me and provided me with excellent service once again!

Can’t say enough BAD things about Sprint. Without insurance, warranty replacements are $ 75 and the representatives are combative and unprofessional. We agreed to pay the $ 75 because our Samsung galaxy s4 has no signal and were told, after paying, it would be up to 10 days before we could get the phone exchanged. So now we are without a phone, out $ 75, and paying for a service we’re NOT receiving… just great! Store hours for repairs are wonky also… open at 12pm and close at 5pm. I so want to cancel and be rid of this headache. I don’t think they even care to lose our 3 phone lines… if it wasn’t for the contract I would be running away from here.

The other closer to my house stores is rage inducing, but here there’s virtually no wait, there is enough staff to give a good turn around and they’re friendly here.
My visit took 10 minutes total. Day was super helpful and straightforward on how to fix my problem — a simple paper to fax over my company discount that she wondered why the other store didnt just hand me and was going to make me wait for hours for. Im so glad I didn’t endure it only to be told I need to fax this simple paper. I would have gone into a rage. I am not that type of person at all but asshatery like that would burst my deep well of patience.
Since this is a less busy store, I think that I recommend going out of your way to take the extra few minute drive than to save hours of wait at a high volume, understaffed store. Will be going here from now on with a problem that cannot be fixed by phone.

I was in Las Vegas on business and noticed my car charger wasn’t working on my air card or my Evo phone. I found this location on Unilocal and made a call to verify this location was a corporate store since I thought it was under warranty but didn’t have my receipt.
The customer service person verified on the phone they were a corporate store and also gave me directions. When I checked in and waited a few minutes the customer representative looked up my corporate account and saw my purchase from last July. He then retrieved me a new charger at no cost and advised me the warranty on the replacement was good until July 2013.
Overall what a great experience with solid customer service.
