Was sold a phone from this location being told they had a special deal going on for a free line for a tablet which ended up being not true at all even though I asked repeatedly if I was going to be charged for the tablet. Now I’m being charged 30 dollars extra a month because the sales person is being difficult and won’t reverse the sale. Now stuck in support purgatory with corporate trying to get this all fixed. This may just be one sales person, but last time I checked he still had a job and I’m still being charged $ 30 extra which is a clear reflection on the store itself. It says to me they are okay with lying to customers and wasting their time as long as they potentially get a sale. Still have another phone I need to buy this year, but definitely won’t be coming back to them for it.

NO stars if possible. 9am in the morning, spoke to a Sprint Customer Service representative, basically told her that i was going to cancel my account which ive had for over 6 years to switch to T-Mobile, and she was sooo nice to me that i ended up staying with the company. she convinced me to do the IPHONE Forever plan, so i visited this store. i brought 2 phones in, an Iphone 516gb in immaculate condition and an Iphone 416gb in good condition. they told me that they cant accept the Iphone 4 because the sleep/wake button wasnt working properly. i said ok, thats fine, i’ll take it to Apple Store and see what they can do to fix it. i took it to the Apple Store in Downtown Summerlin, waited 2 hours for my appointment for the Genius Bar Experts to tell me that the Iphone 4 Sleep/Wake button is working fine. quote unquote«i dont know what Sprint is talking about, your phone is working perfectly. thats absolutely shocking. blows my mind. Sprint Technician here does not know what they are talking about. i already made a complaint to the Customer Service Supervisors. and im not going to stop until i get the service that i deserve. Daniel and James should not be working for this company, and im not sure who the technician was, but he/she needs to be properly trained on how to inspect Iphones. Ive been with this company for 5 plus years, and its just discusting how loyal customers can get treated this way.

Sprint Buyer Beware!!! When they say there is 14 day return policy, please read the fine print, there is a $ 35 restocking fee, and the phone that you traded in won’t be returned. Also you won’t get credit for that phone you traded in just in case you wanted to upgrade to another phone, and you have to pay another $ 36 activation fee. Nickels & Dimes. A lot of companies do that now. But what I am most upset about is the lack of disclosure just to make a sale. Had to say something coz this is the 2nd time it happened. Do your due diligence. Lesson learned… sometimes when it is too good to be true it probably is…

I always visit this stir for phone issues because it is rarely busy and I get served quickly. My original plan was to get a replacement Galaxy as mine was rarely charging. The service tech diagnosed the problems with my phone and quickly ordered me a replacement. I had been considering a new phone and potentially switching to an iPhone, particularly because I was on my third or fourth Galaxy and all had charging issues. Ryan from the sales department assisted me and fully explained the option, services, etc. I was able to transition to an iPhone with a lower monthly bill and better options! I definitely recommend this sprint location and ask for Ryan!

Staff is always very helpful and the manager, Quadri, always checks in on every customer to make sure they’re being taken care of.

Went in to add service for an iPad. 8(eight) salespeople were chatting with each other; all sitting down, one finally yelled ‘what can we do for you’; should have been my signal to go elsewhere. Went downhill after that. No expertise, no manners. Worst SPRINT store ever.

If your heading to get your bill cut in half at Sprint just take a left 3 stores down to the Verizon or AT&T Stores. I went in there and told my bill was going to be a certain amount so I agreed to the contract, when I got my bill it was $ 60 more the first month than I was told. I went in to return my service and I was past the return date and stuck in this contract with a $ 1000 buy out. I was lied to by the salesman and the only thing I could do was go back to Verizon and get my old service back. Don’t let the lying Sales people of Sprint suck you in! If you get sucked in and lied to you can call the Sprint hotline and get your service reimbursed. VERIZONANDAT&T DONOTHAVEPRE-PAYMENTPENALTIESLIKESPRINTDOES!
