Starbucks

Got rip off. I was gonna reload to my card but the man rejected me and said they don’t load money to the card. Then I said it’s fine then I’ll paid by my credit card he asks me for my ID. Ordered two grande americano for $ 10.49 and iced water $ 0.75! Didn’t feel good at all! And ya! Put my drinks on the side and nobody say out the name, everybody was confusing by the counter until I went to check if my name on there then I know that’s my drink!

This one is located on the casino level of MGM. Apparently they charge for a cup of ice water, reason given «we charge for the cup.» Keep in mind I also bought peppermint mocha and orange refresher at the time, so I wasn’t just randomly walking up to the counter and asking for water.
So I was waiting for my drinks and the girl making the drinks put a cup of ice on the counter with no name on it. So I waited for a minute and then grabbed the cup thinking maybe she overheard that I wanted a cup of ice water but just forgot to put water in it? So I looked confused, she saw my face and looked at the ice cup and said in a serious tone «That’s not your order, put it down.» Seriously? That’s how starbucks treat customers?
