Beware this place doesn’t honor rewards or gold card perks. Save yourself the extra $$$ and go to the Starbucks in the forum shops next door. I bought the same drink here it was $ 8.06, next door it was $ 6.00…rip off

Worse Starbucks in Vegas ever! I understand the line being around the corner since there are several conferences going on, but the poor service is not an excuse. I ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. My drink was made pretty quickly given the crowd, but they never called my name for my drink so I had no clue it was ready. Additionally, I ordered my sandwich at 7:58. At 8:19, after waiting 20 minutes, I walked up the counter to ask about it. After being ignored by several baristas, a guy finally acknowledged me. He went to check on my sandwich and informed me they didn’t have a sandwich for me. Seriously? It was an $ 8 sandwich(Vegas price of course) and you don’t have it? He then checks with the lady who took my order. She apparently never made my sandwich or put it in the line to be made.

Mediocre coffee in my opinion. The workers don’t really hustle except the morning crew. The thing i do like is that they have so many different flavors of coffee n syrups. So you can always add whatever you want. It’s just the location that is a pain to get to. U basically have to almost exit the casino if you wanted a cup of coffee from here if you were staying in their rooms. But Starbucks is Starbucks… They’ll be here way after us. LoL

OVERPRICED Starbucks at the Mirage(and Starbucks is typically overpriced to begin with). Drinks are easily 30−40% more at this Starbucks compared to nearby Starbucks. $ 3.50 for a tall coffee — give me a break. Skip it and go to a more artisan coffee shop.

Ordered a single shot of espresso and they gave it to me quick(even before the person in front of me got their drinks). Much appreciated. Prices are sky high but thats Vegas for ya!

Paid $ 13 for a grande iced tea and a bacon gouda sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous, my sandwich was still frozen in the inside when I took a bite out of it. Instead of replacing it, they offered to put it back in the toaster. Seriously, you have the audacity to charge more than double the cost at a normal starbucks and you won’t even replace my sandwich. Stay away, there’s a starbucks in front of treasure island on the strip tats not as overpriced.

Doesnt matter how long the line is, this Sbux gets the job done. This store is more efficient then the 4 locations by my house combined. Day 1 I ordered my usual, Day 2 same cashier«you want the same as yesterday?» Prices are higher but typical of Sbux located in resort hotels.

Came in during a busy time and got my order within a minute of placing it. I am very impressed by the speed of their service but would have given this location 5 stars if the barista was a lot friendlier. She never smiled and messed up my order before finishing it because she was getting ahead of herself instead of listening to what I actually wanted to order. Other than that I quite liked this Starbucks and plan on coming here whenever I stay in the mirage. Just another tip, there is of course no mobile order available here but they do accept payments via mobile!

Folks not friendly, bakery case not stocked at 9am. Kinda ridic. The other coffee shop near the pool has a very well stocked pastry case in addition to yogurt and other goodies. Better choice IMHO.

It took them 20 minutes to make my mocha frap. And in the end the messed up my order. So I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my coffee. Horrible.

The girls here are wonderful. They know exactly what drink I want and most of the time already have it prepared for me by the time I have paid. Thank you for being so great.

If you want to spend nearly $ 30 on breakfast sandwiches and beverages for 2, then please visit this Starbucks. Unfortunately, most. us included. don’t have a choice as it is located in the Mirage Hotel. We were breakfast buffet’d out, so we went to this Starbucks for breakfast. We went at 9:30, and there was about 25 people in line. YES. we waited about 30 minutes just to order. Another 10 minutes to get our order. :-(The pricing at this location is really high. higher than airport locations even. Breakfast sandwiches are $ 7.99, my grande passion iced tea was $ 4.75. WHOA! You can’t even redeem your Starbucks rewards here. Eww. So whatever, we order and wait. And wait. And wait. Then we see people who ordered after us, getting their sandwiches before us. Then the people before us get theirs… what the heck? I guess they don’t make the food in the order it’s received? Very uncool considering we all ordered breakfast sandwiches! Ugh. Next time I go to Vegas, I think I’ll avoid staying in the Mirage just to avoid this Starbucks location.

I like the fast line and found the staff efficient but you will!! NEVER! justify $ 0.57 ea. For Equal Sweetener. I am from NYC where rent is JUSTASHIGH if not HIGHER and the Starbucks there doesn’t attemp this kind of a scam! What a great way to get a lousy ratings and lose customers!

«Way over priced. not usual Starbucks prices nationwide!» $ 10.99 for a sandwich that is $ 4.99 in most every other Starbucks? I realize rent in the Mirage las Vegas is probably high. but your volume is huge. Should offset. Coffees were way more expensive as well. Still we paid.

This is my second review on Unilocal and I have to do it. Chris(the cashier is soooo rude) I put a bottle of izzue orange soda on the counter while I was taking my card out of my purse. Suddenly the bottle fell on the floor and I was frightened(the bottle is made of glass). One attentive staff asked me whether I got hurt, which luckily I was okay. But when I ordered again, Chris charged me for the orange soda which fell on the floor from his counter(I didn’t touch the bottle at all when it was placed on the counter!) I was like WTF! He didn’t ask if I was okay but instead charging me without telling me!(my bf found the total number was wrong and checked it) The attentive staff who cleaned the piece of glass told him not to charge for the broken one(4 dollars) I was so annoyed that I just took the cash he returned to me, thought it would be 4 dollars. However, on my way back to room, my bf counted the money and found it was only 2 dollars!!! I didn’t really care the the 4 dollars but the whole thing was just ridiculous !!! Starbucks at Mirage should train the staff!!! Chris, I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but working in a customer service industry, you should at least respect and do you job!!!

I was lucky. no line! Stopped here before the Beatles Love show, and was happy they took my Starbuck gold card. Good service, and I can’t complain.

Of course I had to come to a Starbucks while in Vegas. Duh. It was your average Starbucks — they weren’t as friendly as other Starbucks I have been to, but they were not rude. It’s pretty small — they have a few places to sit down, but that’s about it. A good place to come if you was to get coffee to go. Everything else was the same as every other Starbucks I have been to!

This Starbucks and the Staff is absolutely amazing! I went in twice to get Green Tea and wasn’t sure if I usually get the China Green Tips or the Zen tea, both times, two different associates suggested the Zen tea and told me that if I didn’t like it they would make me the China Green tips, no questions asked. They were friendly, quick, and attentive. All of which were essential to rejuvinating during a long weekend in Vegas. The location is ideal, it is open 24/7, and there was hardly ever a line, but when there was, it moved quickly. They also have a lot of pastires that most locations do not have… extra win!

I was desperate. it was approximately 2000 degrees, I was hot, cranky, and with a very full bladder. I staggered into starbucks for a caffeine fix only to find a) the longest line in all of vegas, b) no bathroom(seriously??), and c) no seating. I think I’m being generous because of the friendly service. and the delicious ice in my coffee.
