Not a person to write bad things without trying to find a positive, BUT the only reason i come to this starbucks is because it is the closest one to my mothers, & everytime i come here they mess something up & have a bad attitude. I work in customer service and as a manager you should be training your team consistently how to work with people/guest. But i guess this place is fine with the bad reviews and stars! & the girl with long black hair, hispanic looking with winged eye liner, fix your attitude sweetheart or learn how to make drinks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff were so incredibly rude I could not believe it. Shame on you, Starbucks manager at Craig and Jones, shame on you.

Great service excellent staff! Busy Starbucks but the employees work their a$$ 3s off to get the job done.

This has to be the worst location in NW Las Vegas. From the order taking to pick up, I constantly ask myself why didn’t I drive to the location at Craig and Hwy 95. This is not the place to go if you think you’re gonna do a quick in and out. On numerous occasions I had the cashier attempt to keep my change, as if I’m being strong armed for a tip. Why ask for a name when the barista just sets out orders without calling the name? By the time you realize that’s your order that’s been set out, it’s cold. Oh, do they love taking your food order and not delivering it until you ask a 2nd or 3rd time. I only order a slice of pumpkin loaf, and I don’t want it warmed up. Why am I waiting an additional 10 minutes for it? I’ve given them many chances only to be disappointed every time. Spend the extra few minutes and drive to the Craig and Hwy 95 location. You’ll leave much happier.

I can count on my drink order being wrong at least 4 out of 5 times at this location. Seriously. What is so difficult about paying attention to what is on the label they print out and put on the cup? I order an iced grande vanilla latte with WHOLE milk and I always get percent milk. For over $ 4 a drink, yes I want it to be right! I worked at Starbucks for 2 years so I know by the taste and the color my drink is wrong. I loved working at Starbucks back in the early 2000’s where we actually learned how to pull espresso shots and steam milk. We had pride in what we did! Maybe that’s the problem, there’s no pride in making a drink by pushing a button. I stopped going to this location awhile back but decided to give it a try again because I was running late… and once again they proved they always get it wrong. Take the time to drive just up the block to the location at W. Craig and Tenaya(where they’ll soon have a drive-thru)…my drink is always right and for some reason the espresso tastes so much better at this location!

So we came in for breakfast and we ordered a sandwich and oatmeal along with the drinks. We got the drinks and ended up waiting 10 minutes without any sign of the food. Finally we stepped up to the cashier and asked if the food was ready and with an attitude she responds«oh we don’t have that sandwich.» And we are like oh! You couldn’t have brought that up when we were ordering? This is not the first time is out of items we have tried to order. Pretty much every other week they’re out of something. Come on people get it together!

They have a drive through… DONE! I love the convenience of getting my coffee and treats without leaving the car. The service is pretty quick and always friendly. My sweet baby loves the Puppuccinos too. Another thing that I appreciate about this location is that they don’t seem to run out of cake pop flavors like others do.

Worst Starbucks ever! I ordered a pumpkin spice frappé, it literally tasted like water & the cup was not even filled up. Money wasted

Literally am in the drive thru right now… Entered it at 1:30pm and we just got to place our order at the speaker.1:44pm and we still haven’t gotten our drinks. The customer service at this location is lacking… I come here in the mornings around 5am and the guy is very rude. I have been to all the Starbucks in the area and this is by far the worst one. 1:56 pm and we just got our drinks… And then we had to park after the drive their and go in because he charged us for 3 drinks and we only had too.

Usually the Starbucks in town are really friendly, inviting and fast, but not this one. I came here because I thought it would be faster to get in and get out before heading downtown to where I work, but not so much. I gave it a shot, then a second one just to make sure it wasn’t a bad day or just me and from reading the other reviews, it is likely not me at all. Not only was the service completely unfriendly and slow, the ladies behind the counter were singing a rap song about riding a donkey, it was the most unprofessional display I have seen in a while and I work with the public of Las Vegas. I decided to continue to drive out of my way and hit up the Starbucks off Rancho and skip the convenience of this one based on the first and second chances they had… get it together ladies, your behavior is not cute!

I have been coming here a lot lately due to my office being close by. I used to enjoy it as a relaxing place before work, clear my head, and get organized. Today I come in and again there is no music, which is important for relaxation because without it, all you hear is the staff talking, sometimes yelling back an forth. I feel like I am in the kitchen, not a lounge. I asked the cashier to turn it on, I have been here 20 minutes and it is still not on. Maybe the music doesn’t work? The other thing is they have the restrooms blocked like they are in the process of cleaning them; however no one is working on them! It’s not a very welcoming visit today!

Service is the slowest of all Starbucks That I have been at in Las Vegas. Ridiculous wait time in the drive-tru even when there are not many cars in front of you!(Afternoon time) The outside patio is nice but it is a spot where homeless like to frequent.

I’m usually more of a diner coffee type of gal, but I love Starbucks Peppermint White Mocha. They serve it all year long and it’s like having the feel of Christmas season in a cup :).

The few staff I have encountered at this location are quite rude and unfriendly. What happened to greeting customers and smiling? Especially Brittany– an egotistical girl that hasn’t matured enough to be called a woman– and sure as heck should not be working with the public. She was extremely childish, unaccountable, and mean spirited who should be thankful to even have a job. What a nasty individual and I’m sure will be a HR nightmare. Its sad to believe that her attitude probably trickles down from the management; Starbucks has been on a downward slope for quite some time now. In terms of staff training on humanity and general friendliness, this company has a lot to learn about consistency.

I visit this location often, enough that an employee should mention their rewards program and when someone asks about it don’t make assumptions and then distrust what someone says to you. It makes this store look awful and ugly.

Getting my study on with the new vanilla macchiato. My new favorite. The service here is hit or miss in the afternoons. In the mornings it’s busy especially the drive thru.

This is my Starbucks mothership and the one I visit the most. The location is conveniently located in the Lowe’s Shopping Center and has a drive thru. On my latest visit, I drove thru with nobody in front of me, but was greeted by a friendly voice telling me she would be with me in a moment. The order was simple, two iced teas and a frap. Pulled up to the window and Tyla greeted us with a smile. Not sure what took so long, but we waited and waited for our drinks. Maybe shift change? Usually I am in and out much quicker.

Good Location, near my house :) The employees were polite, my only negative was that there were 3 people working but not one walked around to clean the tables that were dirty…

My wife and I visit this Starbucks every time we drop our son off for school. Its about 3 mins away from Challenger and there is never a line when we arrive. The staff here is extremely friendly and know how to get into a good conversation. They might always get my wife and I’s drink wrong: me: Venti iced coffee, 3 Splenda, xtra non-fat & light ice wife: random, only barista concocted, drinks but they always remake our drinks with a smile. It makes us not care that the first time we get our drinks will not be the last time we get to see their faces that day. The inside of this Starbucks is beautiful and open. They have two sets of comfy seats and a nice amount of in-store merchandise. Its a perfect place to sit back, read the paper, and relax while waiting for your child to get out of school, and your remade coffee to come up in the window.

I love this Starbucks! The fact that is has a drive-thru is a bonus. It is near several types of shopping and stores. I have been frequenting the Lowe’s that is right in the parking lot. This location offers ‘Puppuccinos” for your dogs! They come in tiny cups with lids that are filled with fresh whipped cream. It is just a nice treat for your fur baby and a nice touch on Starbucks part!
