Maybe I’m just annoyed that they botched my order again…
Their stuff is ok, we all know Starbucks has decent coffee and ok snacks… But some consistency would be nice, or maybe better trained baristas.
This is one of those few locations in town where I consider driving a bit further just to have a better experience. However it’s certainly not my least favorite location.
Anyways off to drink my quad latte and the wrong snack –went through the drive-​thru.

I usually love this location. Alex is the bomb. It’s 650 pm. The car in front of me is in park. It’s been 14 minutes for 2 teas and a bottle of water. Ridiculous! I’m dying!

Best coffee Frappuccino you can find. They have really refreshing tea and hot chocolate as well and if you are hungry, they have snacks too. Use your rewards card on green level or gold level and you get free refills inside store.

Best service every time we come here! Me and my friends started a tradition to come here every Friday now because of the warm welcome and great service! Great way to start the morning off :)

It’s kind of ridiculous to pay so much for a beverage only to be charged for the wrong order and handed a soaking wet and sticky cup! No napkins. No «sorry for the mess». No «have a good day». WOW!

While the quality was fine, a 30 minute wait for an order is insane. 3 female workers stood around on a Sunday morning while one guy busted his tail to pump out everything. It’s a busy location in the Northwest and needs to be staffed with workers who get that. I understand they all have stations to work, but come on already.

If you like Starbucks for the chai tea then you may want to go to another location. Three of us went here and all of us ordered the chai tea with extra chai as we always do. Well it was so watery that we had to turn around and go back to have them remake our drinks. After all that they still didn’t get it right but we gave up figuring that having them remake them for a third time wouldn’t make a difference. I won’t be coming back here for chai tea, definitely not made the same as it is at other Starbucks locations.

This is the Starbucks closest to our house so we go here most days sometimes multiples times a day. I would have to say 9 times out of 10 I get great service and most of baristas I see regularly are great. There is one middle aged lady with medium length brown hair who is very slow at taking orders and always seems distracted. When our drinks get messed up its usually her writing the cups. She is super nice regardless but still it’s annoying when you are in a hurry. Overall this location has super friendly baristas and is very clean!

Love this location. The staff seems genuinely friendly. It’s not overcrowded, has a large patio area and the seats by the window provide a view of the hustle and bustle.

Since moving here I’ve been making my morning stops at this location. I must say the staff is always friendly and very efficient! Even when I see the drive thru backed up, it doesn’t take them long at all because of how fast they are and l really appreciate it!

Service was bad. Was crowed, true. But, girl who took order didn’t handle job well. She wasn’t the least bit friendly. Forgot to put order in for bagel. Waited, then, got tired of waiting so, told her forget order & give money back. Had tell her 3 times to forget order as she proceeded to start to make it. Finally, a co-​worker had to tell her to forget it. She seemed to have her head in the clouds & her mind was somewhere else, not at starbuck’s. For the high prices u pay for the designer coffee there, u would think they could pay better attention to your order.

It is a really clean location but they took forever to make our drinks. Don’t get me wrong they were some what friendly, but really with five people working and they took over ten minutes to make my drink? One of the cashiers was more interested in counting her tips.

They make my morning! The staff here is great! They always make my drink right. The drive through is usually pretty long but it is what it is. This is right next to my work so I’m thankful for the location!

The baristas are always friendly! It’s always a plus when they suggest new drinks or help you get a drink you love in an alternative form to lower the calories! Ashley is always in high spirits and always say hello when we stop by!

This is not the best Starbucks to go to but it’s the closest to my house. Don’t get me wrong, they have friendly staff but they just give out the wrong information all the time. Like you can only earn 2 stars per day and anything after that doesn’t get credited to your account. Ummmm no that’s not true The list just goes on and on. Other than the misinformation that they give to you it’s not that bad.

Cleanliness: 5 stars
This establishment is clean and presentable, the restrooms and the outdoor dining area are also consistently in presentable order.
Hospitality: 3 Stars
The service is a little on the slower side for an average Starbucks. The drive-​thru line actually forms to block their store front parking which is annoying and makes you feel rude to people trying to leave. Reading the order back should be done, this would also prevent mistakes. Just satin
Food: 5 stars
Always accurate and consistent with quality. I love Starbucks
Bottom line: This location is on one of my travel paths and I use it regularly. I will continue to patron this establishment.

Service has gotten a lot better and more consistent the last couple months I’ve been by here. It’s still the most convenient Starbucks for me since it’s right around the corner from my house, so I come here a lot. Would defnitely still recommend going inside because the drive thru line here is always out of control. Either way, once you order, your drink should come out pretty fast… the issue is just waiting your turn to order!

I visit this location every morning before I go to work. The drive Thur is usually nuts, but I don’t mind going inside because the line moves quickly, if there even is a line inside. The staff is always nice and friendly too which is a must!
I have to say that I am not really a fan of the new remodel though. If you are looking to sit down at a table with a friend the new layout doesn’t really allow for that. Although it does look very similar to the original Starbucks on Pike Street in Seattle, maybe that’s what they were going for, a retro coffee house vibe.
Either way I love this location and I am thankful they are there for my morning coffee before work and my treats on the weekends! Yay for Sbux!
