Always a welcomed sight in the morning. Nothing beats a venti WCM to get the day started off right.

Even though this Starbucks is always Busy(the times I have been there) these baristas handle business and go fast. People get upset because it’s a longer wait than usual, yet that’s going to Happen when everyone wants coffee. So to the people complaining about the wait you can easily see the long line. LEAVE if you don’t like it. Anyway, the employees here so their job. And today in the morning they had a difficult annoying a** of a customer yet all the baristas kept their cool and dealt with this guys obnoxious requests. Good job baristas at golden nugget you are doing well!

Very disappointed 20 mins till midnight the Manager decides to let me know after waiting to in line 10 minutes that I’m too late still had 20 mins till close. Shame on you Starbucks closing early when I waited in line. You Starbucks have terrible customer service. This employee who dirtied your rep was the large guy with the sloppy beard tonight at 11:40 pm.

Open 24⁄7 except on holidays or special occasions. Lol. Loooong lines, sloooooow service. Overpriced coffee, even for starbucks. Can’t believe how much more they charge here, than Ca. Waiting 30+ min for a cup of coffee is beyond ridiculous. Went to Duncan donuts last night, but their coffee was awful. Not many choices downtown :(this line sucks. They better get my order right. Can’t believe only 3 people working with line out the door into casino 2 of them on register only 1 making drinks. Not good.

Open 24 hours but very little seating and they do the carny Strip pricing(3 bucks for a small coffee and everything goes way up from there). Other reviews say they carny you out of the free WiFi here too despite charging stupid prices. Boo this Starbucks. Booooo.

The outdoor seating is great for people watching. The 3-person crew was working efficiently and expediently on a busy Saturday night. The person I was with unabashedly pointed out to the cashier that it wasn’t sanitary to hold our cups from the rim as he was writing our order on them, and he didn’t seem to appreciate the advice, but he quickly threw away the cup he was writing on and grabbed a new one to satisfy that concern. The order pickup areas and condiments areas were surprisingly clean considering how busy the location is. I only wish the crew had a little more personality and enthusiasm to make my visit more enjoyable.

Despite what Unilocal says, there’s no free wifi here! Just a college student who spent her morning searching all over downtown LV for wifi to submit her assignments. Perhaps it’s my fault though, who comes to vegas to study lol!

Interesting things that I noticed is smoke free zone sign. But they are located on the strip and in casino. How much can be smoke free. Lol

This is the only Starbucks that charges $ 3.80 for espresso regardless of whether you get a double, triple or quad shot. When I asked about the price. The barista, Jennifer, said she didn’t make the rules, that was just the price & to get out of her way. Poor service & exceptionally high prices. This Starbucks is not good.

The service here sucks and always will. Its been that way for more years than I can remember. The last 3 visits I was assisted by a guy named Noah. Not sure why he still has a job as slow an emotionless as he works. I remembered his name its that bad. Now they wont even hand out ice water. This location needs to go away.

Right by the Golden Nugget. eh it’s alright. Nothing special. Okay customer service. BUT, definitely a rip off for a fruit cup that’s $ 5…filled with nothing but air.

Being 24⁄7 is great. It being inside a hotel/casino you would like pastry items would sell out quick, but they don’t. My 2 complaints are that the service was not great, and they move extremely slow. And they do not make drinks correctly. Watching it be made I knew something was wrong, once I had some I asked for it to be remade. Again, the new one was almost as bad as the first one. My wife and I both did not enjoy the drinks.

There are two Starbucks located inside the Golden Nugget. Nothing new or spectacular and they do accept SB cards not sure about the smart phone app if they have the scanner or not. Over all good to have my ice tea lemonade(peach or green tea) while playing slots lol

Convenient Starbucks location right inside the Golden Nugget lobby. It is walking distance from the elevators in the Carson Tower which is handy when you need your pick-me-up on the way to a long all-night music festival. They carry most of the standard Starbucks fare. I didn’t see the wraps available, though. Some of the ingredients were unavailable when I was there like the Dark Carmel for the Carmel Ribbon Frappuccino. I just told them to use Light Carmel for the full quantity rather than the half of each they normally use. Its possible that they just ran out based on the crowds they had been seeing all day. They also accept the starbucks app on the iphone but they don’t have the reader so they have to manually put in the number. All in all, the service was good and fast. Its probably a good reason for me to stay at the Golden Nugget. :-)

Shitty service! I was staying at the Golden Nugget and while waiting on our husband to pull up the car we were parched from the 100+ degree heat and I asked for just a small cup of water. She actually wanted $ 1.20 for a tiny plastic cup with tap water! Insanely long lines every time I walked past, not enough seating, rude and not worth a penny of my money!

Here are the real facts about this sbux: It is a 24⁄7 coffee shop with pretty good customer service & fast drink making skills, but extremely average drinks. I got a Java Chip Frap and there was barely any coffee whatsoever! Though, it is in a pretty useful location when you decide to go exploring downtown Las Vegas! It’s a tad more expensive because of the casino status. Also, don’t ever eat food at starbucks – it’s usually bland or dry, and you should really save your money for more coffee trips or alcohol later when you’re trying to have some good times in the ol’ DTLV. My suggestion: Grab your drink and walk around fremont @ night! It’s worth the fun light show view~! At least once!

Open 24⁄7! If you’re staying at the Golden Nugget, having a 24⁄7 Starbucks is definitely a plus. Pretty much your typical Starbucks. What I did notice is that this Starbucks actually has all the different drink options available. Here in CA the menus only have the basic drinks. Having the Starbucks inside the casino is another plus for me. At this location they have a wide variety to desserts from huge chocolate dipped cupcakes to fat eclairs. Mmmm! –1 Star for being slightly more expensive. Understandable, but still not necessary.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a Starbucks a bad review… because, well, they’re Starbucks and they’re the same the world over, right? One would think. The drinks are more money here, but that’s because they’re inside a casino and they can get away with gouging the tourists. Fine, okay, I expect a certain level of that. But… this is the ONLY Starbucks I have ever been to where they did NOT have any Wifi access. And I mean none at all, not even a «paid» level. Nothing. I desperately needed a Wifi connection to upload an assignment for grad school — you would think I could do it here over a cup of coffee. That would be a negative. Most likely because it would«compete» with the Wifi access that the casinos offer — which, of course, you have to pay for(at least, in my case, I did). This is NOTCOOL, folks. I have NEVER seen a Starbucks without Wifi access before… but I have now. I’m not likely to come back, especially when you can’t even get a seat outside half the time because it’s jam-packed. And they sit for hours, hours, hours. If you don’t have Wifi access here, there is NO need to sit here for 12 hours taking up space — drink your overpriced lattes and LEAVE so someone else can sit down. Not recommended.

You pay 5 bucks for a cup of coffee you are expecting a certain level of quality. It’s coffee not to complicated. Over the last 3 days this place has proven it makes crap coffee. It’s very dirty.
