Fav location. I stop by here almost every morning & I’m always greeted by friendly people.

This Starbucks was clean, well stocked, with friendly service. I’ve been receiving poor service at my regular location and now prefer this location ! My drinks are always made properly and taste delicious.

Starbucks doesn’t need me to say anything about them because everyone loves Starbucks. But I will say this particular location is great! I was there last weekend and I only had a one hundred dollar bill. and 5 $. long story short I was only able to purchase my coffee because they didn’t have change for a 100 for my cake pop, so I had to cancel the cake pop. The gentleman working the window gave me the cake pop anyways and said its on the house because it was their fault they didn’t have change! I just thought it was a very nice gesture. It’s the little things that make your day.

Iced citrus green tea latte is good. Service was fast and friendly. Sitting area and trash can needed attention, but they were hit hard in drive thru at the time – all hands on deck!

Service is great! Last night I stopped by and decided to go through the drive thru. There was a car ahead of me and it seemed like they were placing a large order. After waiting over almost 10 min for the car ahead of me to get it together at the pick up window (there were only two drinks given) it was finally my turn. The barista handed me my drink and apologized for the long wait & said «Its on us tonight» before I could even hand her my card. I was already frustrated after waiting so long, but the fact that she acknowledged the fact that i was waiting for so long was awesome. My new location for sure!

I Love coming here!!! The staff is fast, and friendly! My coffee always tastes just right. Ive been coming here almost evey morning before work for the past month! The food is always fresh! This is hands down my favorite location

I am always happy to go through the drive thru. It’s fast and I have only had them mess up my order once. The staff is super friendly and cheerful (important as I am definitely neither in the morning). I do wish they’d have more of an armchair seating area so I could do my online school at this location instead of Flamingo and Eastern. Overall, I have no actual complaint. Great and fast service.

Finally! A Starbucks that understands when I say «extra extra cream» I actually mean «please pour me a glass of half & half and put just a splash of coffee in there.»
At my other favorite Starbucks I could never get them to put enough cream in the cup for me. I tried the following methods of ordering to try to get my coffee the way I like it:
1) Grande pike place in a venti cup, fill it up the rest of the way with cream.
2) EXTRA CREAM PLZ
3) Extra extra cream please
4) EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA cream please
None of these methods yielded the creamy consistency that my little heart desires. But this Starbucks actually listens to me. Went through the drive-​thru today 11−17−15 at 7:50 AM and OOOOOoooooweee did they deliver! Thanks for actually listening to me. My iced coffee was perfect this morning.
I live right across the street and have probably been here 20 times or so. They renovated sometime in the last year and I like their new setup with the refrigerated case across from the counter. They have recently become much more friendly.

This location has never screwed up my drink order. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and positively perfect!
It’s close to work, they never let me down, only problem is they’re so popular the line for drive thru tends to get out of hand.
I guess that’s the price you pay for being amazing!

Only giving one star because we love Starbucks Coffee.
This location is terrible with customer service! Just left drive thru. As my boyfriend and I were in conversation, we accidentally passed the order window. Ok, our mistake. All we wanted was two iced coffees. When we pulled up to the window, we were told we could order and pay, but had to drive back around for the drinks! If they would have told us nicely to go in or do it, wouldn’t have been a problem. Never going back to this Starbucks. Ignorance seems to be in abundance with the staff at this location. As a resident in the neighborhood, I’m not the first to say I’m not going back.

Good overall I will go back. They don’t over do it on the ice, my coffee was made quickly and bathroom was clean.

Another bad time.
I live across the street so it’s great to have a store so close. This time I waited at the counter for at least a minute before being acknowledged. I made my order and was asked to repeated it. Got my order and 2 of the 3 things for my order were not on the sticker. Not sure why I was asked 2 times to still screw it up. The girls behind the counter were more than happy to help me make it right. They are the usual bright spot at this store.

Rude staff, not very inviting at all. I get that it’s busy but they could at least be friendly.

As a Starbucks fan, I always take the opportunity to stop by one whenever I have the urge and one is close by. This location is 8 minute walk from my house and is only two lights from where I live, so it’s very convenient for me. They are located at the corner of Eastern and Desert Inn and share the parking lot with Ross.
I normally go inside to order my drinks. They always take my order quickly. However, there have been times that the wait for my drink is another story. They have also mixed up my order. no big deal as they corrected it very quickly and never complained about have to redo it. The food is usually well stocked as well. I however hardly ever buy the food from Starbucks.
The store is usually clean, well stocked with napkins, milk, sugar, etc that one might need. Tables and chairs are also clean. They have a nice little outdoor seating, which I enjoy when the weather is nice.
Not a great idea to go through drive-​thru during early morning rush as I’ve had to wait awhile (15+ minutes) for just one drink. Their parking is small, and since it’s right on the corner of the street, it is at times hard to get in the parking lot. So, if I park, I usually park on the back side in front of Ross. Don’t like to have to deal with the hassle of finding a parking space.

Much better than couple of years ago — Associates are friendly enough, they have made some improvements in that department. Still problem of having to wait for bold coffee to be brewed in early morning. They do stop brewing bold around noon but much more amiable to brewing bold upon request. Remodel last year was okay but nothing spectacular

This Starbucks is one of the slowest I’ve been to. It is in a very convenient location for us when we go because it is right down the street from my wife’s mothers house but if you don’t have 30 minutes to waste on waiting for your fraps just find a different starbucks.
Nothing really else to say about this starbucks but they need to learn how to be faster.

They are generally pretty quick here. I make frequent stops for my chai tea latte’s. As usual Starbucks can get quite busy in the morning hours as everyone is going to work. This is a high-​traffic intersection so expect there to be people in line.
if you plan to stop by in the morning on your way to work be sure to leave a few minutes earlier so you can get your fix!
I have been here in the afternoons and it is generally pretty clean inside. There are a couple of seats outside but it’s right on the corner so you will have a lot of traffic noise. Free Wi-​Fi

When I first started visiting this Starbucks, my morning Unilocal checkin tips were complaints about slowness. But not anymore. I have NO major complaints about this location. In fact the DI and Eastern location runs circles around the one at Flamingo and Eastern. I get consistent service with a smile, my drinks are made correctly, and my order is for the most part accurate 99% of the time. Once in a while they are out of stuff like brown sugar for their «not-​so-​perfect» oatmeal, but beyond that this location just consistently kicks it.
4 Strong Stars. There’s nothing like caffeine handed to you with a smile to start the morning off right.
