I go to this Starbucks everyday. The staff is friendly and I never had a drink that came out bad. DAMIEN IS THE BEST!

To the gentleman who was working the Drive Thru @ 8:50am. I apologize if I seemed distracted. I had about 10 things running through my mind. To fully answer your question… Yes, my car is a manual. It’s a 2011 WRX STI with a 2.5 liter turbo in the engine. Thank you for the compliment of «nice». You, sir, are an amazing barista, my drink was perfect to the tee, and your customer service skills are some of the upmost incredible I have ever experienced. THANK YOU!

Drinks are fine but customer service is a wreak. Every time time I come here I hear people talking or laughing in the background. WHERE IS THEIR MANAGEMENT!!! What tipped it off for me was this morning. The girl taking the order sounded half asleep and just handed me my drink without saying thank you or anything to me! Silence. Amazing that these people work at Starbucks where friendliness is usually a key factor.
11÷22− im updating this review and brought up the stars because their staff seem to be getting better know and the service is more like how Starbucks service should be! Damien is a new face here and is super pleasant and being that I always get my drinks at about 5:30am he has always been the one to greet me lately. Very nice gentleman and drinks are perfect!

Definately not a customer friendly location… everytime I come here I feel I am treated rudely… today was no different. walked in and was ignored. female employee sweeping floor in front of register as I waited to order my drink. I heard the one say.“do you know (a males name) number”.assuming to log into their register. no one seemed to know. while I stand there. another female employee stand by the drink pickup talking to a customer.3 employees behind the counter and still not being acknowledged that I am waiting! Come on! finally, after about 4 minutes, employee says, «what can I get for you».no «sorry for the wait», etc. drink not made to liking as well. this store needs some help and looks like I’m not the only one here who thinks so…

I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until now… *Shudders*
I am on my way to work and I decide to stop at this Starbucks since I know its new instead of my regular location on Desert Inn and Eastern (Big Mistake).
I pull through the drive through super excited for my first Pumpkin Spice Frap of the season, until I went to order and my hopes along with my dreams were shattered.
I ordered my drink and after a short pause the woman proceeded to ask me if I was a Gold Member? I’ve been to Starbucks at least 1,725 times in my short 23 years of life and I have never been asked if I was a Gold Member while trying to buy a drink. So I told her no and she then told me that I couldn’t have my Pumpkin Spice Frap because I wasn’t a Gold Member…
Whaaaat???
Never have I ever felt bad about trying to purchase a drink at Starbucks until that moment. By declining my business today you have definitely lost my business for life.
Needless to say I went to my usual Starbucks about a mile up the road and when I ordered my Pumpkin Spice Frap they were happy to take my money and provide me with one without hesitation.
Don’t turn away customers, period. This isn’t Costco I shouldn’t have to have a special card to spend money here.

I go to this Starbucks everyday before I enter work. I love their service and the staff know Im a regular and are kind towards me. Except one time I didnt get my coffee because I didn’t have change for 100 which bummed me out but kinda understood.

Went there yesterday 7−12−15 around 5:30 PM. This location has a drive-​thru. It’s located in the McCarran shopping center on Eastern between Sunset and Warm Springs. It’s in the cluster of shops in the far northeast corner of the shopping center.
I got my usual… a tall iced coffee with cream and two Splendas. It was awesome as usual. The thing that struck me the most was how many people were in there just mooching the free wi-​fi. They looked like they had been there for a week without going home to shower. They all had laptops. One guy had a quart of yogurt and a salad from Walmart. I bet there were 10 of them in there… there was not one free table open.

I go to this Starbucks when it is convenient only. Why? Because this Starbucks doesn’t seem to be the customer friendly. The staff tends to talk to each other when a customer comes inside. This Starbucks is never busy inside by the way but you still have a wait, and it isn’t just me. The drinks are generally right on, with the exception of when they gave the wrong drinks in the drive thru.
More then not this Starbucks is out of large straws by the way.

The person who took my order was polite and professional, however … Whoever put milk in my order (when I specifically asked for Coconut Milk and stated I was Lactose Intolerant) — – «$#$# you».

This Starbucks drives me nuts. It always takes me three times to order because they are out of everything! Their soda machine is eternally broken… I don’t even ask anymore! You want coconut milk? Out of that too. You want a tea? You can get that, but you’ll be lucky if you want to add a syrup for flavor, because they are usually out of that too. I used to always wonder why this location is so slow… I’m now convinced it’s because they are busy telling customers they can’t have what they want.

Rolled into the immeasurable giant of java for a quick caffeinated beverage before heading on the 215 while bouncing home. No inside service on this particular day as I stayed inside the comfort of my vehicle and pushed through the drive-​thru. The service was friendly enough, and my drink was just as SB pretty always does. A solid A-​OK experience when needing a sip of life’s blood before whatever it is you have going on.

Like most locations, this is a great spot to pop in for a quick cup or to just chill. We had a few extra minutes to kill so I brought the wife & kids here for our favorites.
The response was quick and accurate. The seats, like most locations, were pretty much consumed by people on tablets or laptops so we sat outside. I do have to say that it is a very clean location and there trash wasn’t overflowing like most L.A. spots.

I’m a regular at this location, Monday thru Friday, early morning… sometimes in the afternoons too.
The morning crew (Jackson, Casey, Debbie and Nelson) rock! Always friendly, hussle, and know my varying beverages. Now the afternoon people, ehhh… not as great, especially one male (shorter, dark hair, messy looking) very arrogant (and gets it wrong everytime).

I love the fact the Starbucks is open early in the morning and with location everywhere. They make it easy for me to get my day started with a vanilla latte and a egg and sausage sandwich. Thank you.

I stop here almost daily. I always go through the drive thru so I don’t have to take my daughter out. 95% of the time the staff is great and it moves along nicely… but things happen and if it takes too long then they always give me my coffee on the house and my coffee is always right! There’s only 1 or 2 employees who aren’t smiling but I think it’s more the stress of making bitchy people coffee all day. If I had to deal with some of the rude people and rude regulars they have to deal with daily, I’d shut off too just to get through the day with my job! Thanks guys for helping me wake up every day

This place SUCKS! So SLOW SERVICE! They make ½ our order than wait on others & make their drinks, after 10 minutes they go back to making the rest of it order!
They don’t know what is in their drinks, don’t ask for a sample they can’t figure that out either!

Yippee, a real Starbucks! So many of those Casino hotels have Starbucks in them but I just cannot think if those as real locations.
We found two nice comfy chairs to relax and enjoy our lattes, which were as expected and not as high priced as some of the Starbucks on the strip!

Love, Love, Love this particular Location. It has a great outdoor seating area and the inside is nice and new. I got a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino, Extra crunch. The Frap wwas only okay-​Maybe coz I got a Venti, am a Grande Kinda Girl. So it was too too much but tasted fine. The Staff is busy and efficient, its possible if U get bad service, coffee or tea its bcoz they are steadily busy-​Drive thru is busy too (patience).They offered (previously) 2remake or substitute my drink if I didn’t like what I ordered? All good in my book and I recommend it Highly. Plus Free Wi-​Fi and comfortable seating, Oh yeah A/​C works great so great place to get a cool drink and escape the 120degree weather. Would strongly suggest it for 1^st coffee dates or business meetings.

Ok this is suppose to be Starbucks, where we pay an arm and a leg for coffee and SERVICE! If this place wasn’t so close to my house, we’d avoid it.
They are the worst! The server Greg doesn’t know what are in the drinks and doesn’t ask for your name so other people get to pick up your drinks.
The other workers aren’t much better. In fact while I’m sitting here writing this review there’s another customer asking for a manager-​lol! The guy responded we’re all assistants here, what a load of bs.

Disappointed in Starbucks today. My Venti quad caramel macchiato was horrible.
I looked on the outside of the cup to see what They gave me and there was no white paper or writing on the cup.
Whatever they made me wasn’t what I ordered. I can’t say they were busy at 0530 on a Sunday with me and one other car in the drive thru.
Disappointing Starbucks. The staff at the drive thru was friendly that’s why u have 2 stars.
